“First things first, I want to give both McKenna and Eli a 5 star rating. Super knowledgeable team and even if they don’t have it, they can get it. Was looking for something specific and they got it ordered. FYI they do prints and stuff for NFA, so when the time comes, they’ll see me again. Maybe sooner rather than later. -Hutch”

“I went to purchase a gas grill. They did not have one boxed. I had to purchase one already assembled which made transportation more difficult. They also did not have the manual or the accessories that were supposed to be included. Hopefully they will make it right. I wish they would not assemble the grills. Update: After contacting Academy, I was told to contact Pit Boss. Pit Boss is sending me the meat probes that Academy lost. I was told to download the manual (the assembly directions are not on-line). Academy should have grills available unassembled if they cannot keep up with the accessories. I did find the grease tray put in backwards. Glad I found that prior to grilling.”

“Great experience, started off rough with my delivery window missed. My delivery went to someone else. John the manager of the store stayed in contact with me the entire time and kept me updated while they figured out what happened and then personally delivered the product. Thank you John.”
