“I went to purchase a gas grill. They did not have one boxed. I had to purchase one already assembled which made transportation more difficult. They also did not have the manual or the accessories that were supposed to be included. Hopefully they will make it right. I wish they would not assemble the grills.
Update: After contacting Academy, I was told to contact Pit Boss. Pit Boss is sending me the meat probes that Academy lost. I was told to download the manual (the assembly directions are not on-line). Academy should have grills available unassembled if they cannot keep up with the accessories. I did find the grease tray put in backwards. Glad I found that prior to grilling.”
