I spoke to Josh briefly over an issue I was having with my sons lacrosse head, and he tried to help as much as he could, then he connected me with his manager Ross, who also went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. My issue was a warranty issue, and not anything directly related to my purchase at the store or anything like that. Yet they both went above and beyond to help. I know good service when I experience it, and know what high standards in service mean. These guys did not provide good service. They provided exceptional service. If you're looking for a business for quality products and pricing, along with high quality service, don't look anywhere else. Take your business to Lacrosse Unlimited. These guys are top notch!! “One of the most well stocked play it again's i have ever seen.The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in picking out gear, or right sizing items for needs.I was in looking for hockey goalie equipment and could not find it in the main store; the employee asked what i needed and walked me down to their overflow location that was absolutely filled with new and used goalie gear. They have everything you could need to get back on the rink, and just about 200 goalie sticks to choose from.Great store, great staff, and fair prices across the board.”

“I had a very positive experience shopping at Nike Cary in the Fenton shopping center. My daughter received a pair of Nike panda low dunks via the online Nike store and needed a half size bigger. The Fenton location is the only Nike store in Raleigh. I was relieved when I learned of the new location.Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size, my daughter tried them on, we checked out in less than 15 minutes. Hassle free shopping experience, excellent service and plenty of styles and sizes in stock. A win.”

“This bike shop really cares that you are happy and have a great experience with your new bike. I was in there today for a small adjustment after buying a couple days ago, and the employees talked for like 20 minutes after a different customer left about what would best fit that person's needs next time they come back. It was really cool to see that level of care, not just about selling bikes but thinking through what was best for the buyer.They also do a technology-supported bike fit to make sure the geometry is right. Great bikes also, only quality stuff here.”
