They do take cash or card, you will just pay more with card (if your price is $60 you will only pay that in cash, but if you use a card you will obviously have to pay taxes on that same price), which is perfectly fair to me. “While traveling between Winston-Salem and Raleigh, NC, we hit a large chunk of tire debris on the highway that couldn't be avoided at high speed and our car, a Honda HR-V, started making a dragging sound. When we arrived in Cary, NC, we looked for the nearest Firestone store, hoping they could check for any damage to the underside. Unfortunately, the center was already closed. The next morning (a Friday), we arrived at the auto center a few minutes after the 7:00 am opening and were greeted promptly. After explaining the situation to Michael and Chad, the customer service reps, the car was turned over to the technician, Logan. Logan took the car for a test drive before it was loaded into the bay. The technicians were able to diagnose the issue and offered two alternative solutions to the problem. Although the center already had four bays occupied when we arrived as a walk-in without an appointment, we were in and out in less than two hours. Being on vacation can be expensive, but they were able to evaluate and solve our problem for less than $30. We live six hours away so having the car inspected before our return trip was important for peace of mind on the highway. I would recommend this Firestone auto center without hesitation.”

“We had a great experience!!! A year ago I bought tires through costco. .Today I got a nail in my tire and I immediately came here and they got it patched up and everything pretty quick even though they had a lot of people here and it was free.... I got to get a hot dog and look around at costco :) it's pretty standard to have to wait to get car work done...not sure why the other reviews complaining about wait time expected but we were in and out faster than any Jiffy etc.
Employees were super helpful and KIND. I was a walk in but they were able to take me anyways. This store is always one of the busiest but they are the best :)”
