One was to gather direct information I needed off my bill.
Two was to help me navigate a situation in cellular procedures. He listened to my concerns without interruption, and even took personal notes to refer back to it later, as he then gave me his opinion that looked at both sides, potential outcomes, and and advice from his own experience with how he would handle things. This is above and beyond customer service, that quite frankly needs to be recognized for his professional attitude, as well as an example to others of where they need to be when a customer ask for help. I will definitely be notifying Verizon®️ Corporate that Slain’s is a valuable employee to have on their team, who explains things very well after listening attentively, and shows logical reasoning in complicated matters.

“I came in to get help with my phone and met Huey....the issue with my phone wasn't something that could really be fixed so 2 days later I came to meet him for an upgrade on my phone. We upgraded both of our phones and Huey helped me figure out our issue with Internet and streaming services. He has come to our home 3 times now to set everything up for our Internet and make sure all of our issues or concerns were taken care of. He ended up saving us over $150 dollars monthly and we are thrilled with all of our new things and the over the top service he has provided! If you ever need anything, stop by to see him!! I had a wonderful experience with the professionalism and willingness of AT&T representative Ms Yahniya whom went through all my available resources as a costumer merging from pre-paid to regular AT&T subscriber and she was able to convince me to switch my internet service from Spectrum giving me an important discount on the new subscription.

“This was my second visit to this repair shop and I can't thank them enough. The first visit, they replaced a bad port on my husband's phone for a very reasonable price, (cheaper than anywhere else) and a very short wait-20 minutes. Today, I had a shattered screen with glass falling out. They replaced the screen, and again their price was 10$ cheaper than anywhere else I checked. The wait time was a little longer, but I was there at a very busy time of day, with lots of people coming in. I was very pleased and as always was treated with kindness. I will definitely recommend this shop for any phone repair. Thank you!”
“I had accidentally deleted my voicemail number and after spending 2 days trying to fix it myself... I ended up going to the AT&T store and Brittany was the service tech. 2 hours later we had the number restored. In addition, she also handled 5 other customers during my 45 minute wait time on the phone waiting for customer service to restore the number. Brittany was very positive, professional and knowledgeable and deserves kudos for multitasking the 5 customers during my visit! She also set me up with home internet and I am canceling my present internet service that is now T-Mobile. She is definitely worth her weight in gold and then some!”
