Everyone is super nice, but get those kids some working AC!! I'm looking at you corporate!! It's a heatwave and I was sweating in my shorts and tank. Those poor employees must be melting like they're the Wicked Witch of the West after running into Dorthy.

Customer service was lacking when trying to get my son's chromebook fixed/replaced. The manager on duty made thing right, and I can appreciate that.
