And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would. “Alexis helped me when she didn't have to nor did I know I needed help. I wasn't happy with that store at the time either, I still like that store. But she is fantastic. Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry. Alexis did that for me. Top marks!”
“I think I was in targets more on this trip than I have been in the last 2 years. If I'm being honest I wasn't shopping for myself. I'm traveling with my kids and because of food allergies and such Target tends to carry things that they can have while other stores do not. It was fairly early in the day and we wandered in to see if they could find something to eat along with visiting some of the other departments. I actually found a couple of items that would probably make decent gifts for some people back home.They were able to find just what they were looking for. I on the other hand wasn't able to find anything really useful for myself. Still it was a pretty nice store and employees came across as very friendly.”

“I had a stereo and back up camera installed in my 2012 F150 and Bob did an excellent job! A few days later, the unit went out, so I took it back for troubleshooting. Bob said it was the unit itself and immediately replaced it for me and I was ready to go in about 30 minutes!! What is so great, is that I didn't even order the unit from Best Buy, but Bob still replaced it right then and took care of sending it back to the manufacturer for me, saving me time, money, and hassle. I was very impressed and appreciative!”
