“We came to this cricket during the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Even with no power, they were open and able to sell us a phone. The process was super quick and easy. Karla was wonderful, informative and kind. She deserves a raise!”

“5 stars for Pharmacy Tech Rayda! I had an issue with a recent prescription refill. My refill request was denied by my insurance because I was refilling too soon. I explained to pharmacy technician Rayda, that I've only been taking it as prescribed so how can that be? She went above and beyond to help me find out why I may have run short so soon. Because of her customer service and willingness to listen and help me out, she and the Pharmacist onduty were able to see that I didn't receive the entire prescription previously (90 day supply but only received 45 days)Thanks Rayda for your willingness to help! Keep up the great work.”

“I went on a rainy Sunday. Got immediate service. I was interested in two phones to replace my 7 year old one not being updated anymore. That's a scam by the phone makers. But the lady that was helping me printed out summaries of both phones and didn't push anything. Their inventory wasn't great. I may just go online as the price was cheaper, but not by a lot. I'd feel comfortable going back.”
