“I wanted to take the time to write a review about the service manager at this location, Rigo. I had called in yesterday inquiring about getting a new set of tires for a 2017 Camry I recently purchased. Checking both the internet and with Rigo, the standard size tires for it are P215/55R17.

With this information Rigo quoted me for four tires that he had in stock that actually had a BOGO deal running on them as well, and the price was fantastic, so I made an appointment with them at 1pm. When I got there, their service advisor was very professional, got me checked in right away, and they got my car into the dock within like 10 minutes despite being extremely busy.

Unfortunately, within a few minutes their tech came in and informed Rigo that I actually had a non-standard 18in wheel on my Camry, so the tires that he had quoted me at would not fit. Obviously, I was disappointed, but I still wanted to get my tires done that day, so I asked their service advisor what tires they did have that would fit my car that day.

After checking his system for a few minutes, they determined that they had four Firestone weather grips in stock that would fit my wheels, but they were nearly double the price of what I was originally quoted. I was disappointed by that as well, as it was out of my budget, so I started working with the service advisor on just getting the front two tires done instead so I could stay in my budget.

Rigo overhearing this and I think seeing that I was disappointed stepped in and offered to match his original quote that he had given me earlier in the morning, despite the considerable price difference. I was honestly blown away by this, and happily accepted.

Within an hour I left with four brand new firestone weather grips, an alignment and very happy. Shoutout to Firestone and especially their service managers and advisors at this location. If you want to work with honest people who will take care of you, go to this location. Firestone earned a customer for life yesterday, and I love my new tires!”
