“I wanted to order a new 2026 Honda Passport for March 2026 delivery. Yesterday I went to Apple Tree Honda and met a VERY nice sales consultant by the name of Tania Marcusso . She was extremely easy to deal with and has a great knowledge of the vehicles they sell . It probably took less than an hour to get the deal done and NO pressure to sell me things I did not want . “Not as convenient as most. I feel like they could do a little better with location services. Had to go around the airport multiple times to just find the attendant area. Then you have to walk over to another location. Basically a 3 stop event. Service was good.”
“So far so good I’ve rented twice with national and I travel a lot but some of the workers don’t have good communication stills. As if they don’t know where their vehicles are located.. so they had me walking around in circles and had to go back to the desk and ask them the same question. It’s like they don’t really care.”

“When our flight landed after business hours (it was delayed and didn't arrive until after 11:30 p.m.) we were so happy to see Jade waiting for us at the Thrifty counter in Ashville, NC. She monitored our flight, knew it was getting in later than anticipated and waited for us to rent our car. She was truly a sight for sore eyes for this weary traveler. Thank you for the great customer service!!”

I did wish they had more cars available, as mine smelled smoky, but other than that, the process was seamless and the kindness i received was remarkable. Give these ladies a promotion.”
“I'm in town for a few work meetings. On the drive up from Georgia, the low tire pressure light came on and of course it's night out, I'm panicked, and worried I'm going to get a flat tire on a section of the road where there's no shoulder. I'm staying at a hotel near the airport, and on my way there I drive past the Honda dealership! I know it's closed, so I knew I had to come by today. After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.”

“I normally don't leave reviews on Google or Yelp or anywhere else, but the service I received at this Enterprise branch was so great that I feel I should. The staff here were entirely friendly, helpful, communicative, and flexible in every interaction I had with them. One gentleman stayed a few minutes after closing to secure my car when my flight came in a bit later than expected! Calling the branch and reaching a representative (a real person, not a robot) was incredibly easy by today's standards. And once I was connected, it was quick and easy to get any information I needed. Definitely recommend this place!”

“Hertz Asheville Regional Airport staff was very nice anf efficient with getting my car for me. I am glad that I am a Gold Member because there were a lot of people waiting in the other line. There is no option to go directly to your car as a Gold Member at Asheville, you have to go to the counter.”

“They were awesome here. We picked up a rental in another city for a long trip but it was way smaller than expected and they didn’t have any other cars. While driving we decided to stop here and check to see if we had any options, Zachary was Awesome! Super helpful and got us into a bigger car within a few minutes with no hassle.
