“I wanted to order a new 2026 Honda Passport for March 2026 delivery. Yesterday I went to Apple Tree Honda and met a VERY nice sales consultant by the name of Tania Marcusso . She was extremely easy to deal with and has a great knowledge of the vehicles they sell . It probably took less than an hour to get the deal done and NO pressure to sell me things I did not want . “So far so good I’ve rented twice with national and I travel a lot but some of the workers don’t have good communication stills. As if they don’t know where their vehicles are located.. so they had me walking around in circles and had to go back to the desk and ask them the same question. It’s like they don’t really care.”

“I'm in town for a few work meetings. On the drive up from Georgia, the low tire pressure light came on and of course it's night out, I'm panicked, and worried I'm going to get a flat tire on a section of the road where there's no shoulder. I'm staying at a hotel near the airport, and on my way there I drive past the Honda dealership! I know it's closed, so I knew I had to come by today. After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.”

“Overall, renting a car with Thrifty at the Asheville Regional Airport was a positive experience. Booking online was easy as was checking in. The Thrifty booth is in the same car rental area as the others inside the airport. Once you have your keys, walk outside to the parking garage to pick up your car. Drop off was a breeze and I wasn't charged for any additional costs when I got the receipt.”

“Hertz Asheville Regional Airport staff was very nice anf efficient with getting my car for me. I am glad that I am a Gold Member because there were a lot of people waiting in the other line. There is no option to go directly to your car as a Gold Member at Asheville, you have to go to the counter.”

“I was super nervous about getting my rental because I was suppose to land at 11:45pm and they close at midnight. But thank goodness for Hayley!! She was a super sweet employee who says she stays late to ensure the people on that flight can get their car. I got to the counter at like 12:03 and she was there still helping customers. She was professional, efficient and kind!!! Five stars for her customer service!!!

But when I finally got to the car it was nice looking but smelled like a wet dog inside. It was so late there was nothing I was able to do about it till the next day but not a fan.”
