“The owner Ashley is one of the most kind and genuine people I know. Her store is well organized and everything is clean which is incredible for children's consignment. The atmosphere is something I always look forward to. Even with my twins, it can be a quick (very quick) drop off or a shopping trip, either way I enjoy it and it's efficient.”

“I absolutely love this store!!! Although They seem to be short staffed, I only ever see the one young girl in there but she is super helpful and sweet. Must be why they aren’t buying at the moment, I hope they get staff to start buying again I love selling to them it gets rid of much much all at once instead of waiting for it to sell on marketplace. They always have the best deals going on! If something is $130 brand new I don’t mind paying $70 for the same thing just used!!! It’s always clean bathrooms and dressing rooms are clean. The isles are always organized. Every things is so easy to find, even if I can’t find something the staff member is always happy to help! I will always recommend this store especially the Asheville location!! Hopefully they start buying again to get some more stuff on the shelves. I have hope in them that they will be back and better than ever. ❤❤❤”

“Found so many cute and unique things—we bought handmade jewelry, adorable purses and hair clips, and this super cute cat sweater that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The atmosphere is amazing—it has the nice, relaxed, and welcoming vibe of a thrift store but feels almost like a treasure trove when you walk in. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful—we had a great interaction with her and she provided exceptional service. There are dressing rooms to try on the fabulous clothes throughout the store. Highly recommend!”

“Great place for books. It's smaller so they may not have everything you're looking for. But every time I've been in there the prices were great. They also carry unique gift items and toys if you're looking for a special gift for someone who has everything. The only complaint I have is that they didn't carry and RPG type books or game type books. That's just MY personal complaint and may not appeal to everyone. Overall would recommend this store as a place to get new books”

“The staff here is so incredibly friendly! I popped in to grab some last minute birthday gifts for my nephew, and even though they didn't have his size in stock, a lovely young lady offered to order it for me. On my way out, I spotted a few other items. I ended up staying an extra 15 minutes just to look around. Plus, you can't beat the great deals. Highly recommend!”
“I have shopped at the store many times and never had a complaint. I went in to the store today with both my kiddos and the team saw a frazzled Mom and jumped into action. They asked me what I was looking for, pulled the items, in the sizes I needed. When I tried one on my kiddo, over her clothes at the front, they did not bat an eye and got me the the size I needed, when my kid said she would not wear it, because it was to big. I was a tiny purchase in there day (under 15$). This team went above and beyond anyway, to get me what I needed and on my way.”

“Lots of sales. Good selections. Stylish. Professional. Clean store. Bright. Spacious. Good pricing. However, I did feel like some items were cheaper price a week or two before, and were raised due to holiday. Nothing too major. (I could be wrong.) Winter clothes and coats were well-priced.”

“I never usually write reviews but this experience needed one. I was trying to return a shirt for the second time to get a different size and after having trouble with the other cashier this girl was a delight. I had walked around the store looking for the right sized shirt after not having any luck with the first cashier, and the original cashier saw me and left the register. The other girl who was working was so so sweet and helpful deserves a raise or something. She immediately told me how to access my receipt online and wasn’t rude about it at all. I hope she sees this because you were the best and your engagement ring was so pretty! (Edit- they usually have really bad workers there so keep her)”
