We LOVE our bank! Everyone at this branch on Merrimon has always been helpful and patient and kind. Jordan, the manager there, has bent over backwards to fine tune some things for my Mom and me and Vicky was a huge help just after the hurricane in helping us with some changes. Mel, the branch manager, has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I can't imagine any other bank going to the same lengths for their customers.
