“Great experience! Love my shoes! I have a history of difficulty finding shoes that feel great on my feet. I've tried many brands and stores. The employee who helped me at the Pisgah Forest store was very knowledgeable and patient as he found multiple pairs of shoes for me to try ( I have large feet and a long 2nd toe ) and we found just the right pair that day within just a few minutes! I couldn't be happier! I have already hiked in them several times and literally forget about my feet because they are so comfy. I highly recommend Foot Rx at Pisgah Forest!

“I went to this store in desperate need of business clothes. I had walked around the store for a while when a saleswoman, Megan, asked my size. She was very friendly and pointed and brought me to the correct section. She asked me what I was looking for and fitted me to ensure I was wearing the correct size. For the entirety of my visit, Megan was taking clothes and putting them back if they didn't work for me, bringing me clothes and sizes that would fit or that she thought would meet my needs, and giving me her thoughts on the way the clothes fit. She made sure I was well taken care of, answered every question I had, addressed all of my concerns knowledgeably, and served us other guests in the process. Megan was skilled, confident, and honest as she helped me with anything I needed. I found a couple of outfits with her amazing help. ATF has gained another loyal customer!”

“I think the store is great. There was only one sales person and she was amazing! I just come from the coach outlet where the woman helping me was almost useless. I showed her the two shoes I wanted to look at at coach and she kept coming back to me over 10 minutes telling me what sizes they had. And I looked at her finally after 10 minutes of this and said, are you going to bring me a shoe to try on. I did like one of the shoes… And she actually switched me to a different sales person… But then I walked over to Merrill. For the price of one pair of shoes at coach I bought two pair of shoes at Merrill. The Merrill salesperson was amazing! And helped me and got me the shoes I wanted and there was no 10 minutes to 15 minutes of wait time. Merrill is great!”

“Staff was ok, check out was slow, but I like their style of clothes. Hint: I wash on delicate cycle and dryer, but take them out before they are completely dry. That keeps the fit and color nice. A few items hanging on the racks were put back with strands of hair on them.”

“Excellent Ski Shop! Best time to get great deals is before October. I went in and got skis, boots and poles for less than $900 and they were brand names and quality products. Matthew is a very professional associate you took a good amount of time making sure my boots fit. Great staff! I highly recommend this ski shop.”
“Came in on a Friday to buy a new pair of work boots and found a super nice pair of timberland pro boots, the same exact ones I had been looking at online, for about $10 cheaper than Amazon. I was so excited I wore the boots out of the parking lot. Well after about an hour of driving home and walking around, I realized that the tongue of the boots was rubbing my ankles raw through my socks. I was very disappointed that my new boots were uncomfortable. Sunday afternoon I went back to the store to see if I could plead my case and maybe get a discount on a replacement. They were more than happy to exchange my boots for my normal brand. I work for a plumbing and heating company and I truly appreciate above and beyond customer service. I got just that. This store is run by good Christian people and I will definitely shop there again!”
