“We are Canadians touring the Blue Ridge Parkway when the right front brake caliper ceased on our Jeep. These folks were kind enough to take on the job repairing our brakes immediately. They also took it upon themselves to store our roof mounted Kayak during the repair so the Jeep would fit on their hoist. Repair completed in a timely manor and job well done. Can't thank these folks enough!”

“I brought my car in around 11 in the morning. I got a call back from the mechanic maybe 20 minutes after I drop the car off. The mechanic was very detailed and his explanation. I was able to pick my car up the same day and the mechanic found a a problem with my brakes made an adjustment for free. with my brakes. Made an adjustment for free and advise me to add advise me To keep in mind that I have 10% of brake lining left on the one we all that was affected by an interference problem. Very professional.”

“While Traveling back home to Garner (outside Raleigh)from Bryson City our battery light came on. I Immediately called my mechanic who told me to find an autozone and have the alternator tested. We got to the Auto zone and it was a bad Alternator our Mechanic advised us that we needed to replace it immediately and to find a local shop. So I asked for a referral from autozone, And they recommended mountain view. Which was right down the street walking distance as my van was acting Possessed and lost complete power as we coasted in the parking lot in front of a bay. The fit us in timely and Wayne even drove to the honda dealership as I only wanted to use honda parts. You can imagine how stressed I was about this whole situation and the unexpected cost I had not plan on spending. But Mountain view was professional and Courteous to me in a very stressful situation. They were done in about 3 hours or less we actually got an uber to go explore the outlets to take our mind off of it while they were working on it. But I want to thank Mountain view for saving our day and getting us home safely. I don't think I said thank you but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving the day! I highly recommend this shop.”

“I was early to my appointment, and they got me in quickly and done ahead of schedule. The cabin air filter was shown to me in the waiting room so that I could authorize it being changed. It was not only scheduled time to change it but it was very dirty.”

“I called in the morning on Monday looking to purchase new tires and have them put on that day. Bruce was wonderful, got my tires ordered and delivered that day, and then fit me in for an appointment at 4. The price was very reasonable and the waiting room couch was super comfortable! I also appreciated that he turned my car around for me so I wouldn't have to back out blindly so close to the busy road. I will be coming here from now on for all my car needs!!”
“So my experience was a comedy of errors on my end. I ordered online and managed to order the wrong tires - always do a final check.From Sam's end of things, the guys were incredibly patient and kind. Getting the right tires ordered was a breeze and the young man who helped me (I should have gotten his name, but didn't) was attentive and perhaps the kindest soul I've ever seen in a big box store / auto shop. When I went in for the installation, the shop was a little busy, but Dominic and crew were friendly and helpful. They seem like a real team.Be aware that if you want tires installed, they are booking appointments about a week to 10 days out. With an appointment, my 4 tire install was done in about an hour. It takes about 3 days per the app for tires to arrive and they will call you to schedule when they get your tires. If they have what you need in stock, you can be worked in, but appointments take priority, so you may be waiting for a while.Overall, I got a great deal on a nice set of tires and everything is going great. I didn't need them urgently, so it was no problem to schedule ahead of time. The staff was easy to work with and made me feel at home.Edited to say: After reading some of the other reviews about waiting at the desk, look to see if there is a Q code in a frame at the register. Scan with your smartphone camera and tap the yellow link that comes up. That will notify staff that a customer is waiting.”
