“My truck started leaking antifreeze from a cracked plug. O'Reilly's help me find it on the Shelf in a variety pack that was open and missing some of the larger sizes that I did not need. As such they offered me a discount to take the open package which I was happy to receive. Then they were able to offer me some hand tools so that I could do the repair in the parking lot and stop losing antifreeze. Even let me a funnel to pour in additional antifreeze. “Started out with a burnt out headlight.. went in and a young man named AJ helped right away changed my headlights within minutes.. was very friendly and very well mannered! Seeing that my headlight covers were older and dingy.. he sent me to Stanley Auto where I got them cleaned and they look awesome! If you need help with something at this store.. “I highly recommend going in and working with sidney if possible. She went above and beyond when it came to changing my battery. There was a strange black box on one of my connectors. She suggested that I changed my connector as it was loose and wouldn’t stay on. She went over the connector options with me and discovered that it was a special kind of connector that had that black box on it. They couldn’t get it so she tried to help me find where I could get it and wrote down the name and part number to make it easier to find! She also explained what that black box was aswell as explained to me in good detail where I could understand what it does! She definitely goes the extra mile. And she is super respectful and understanding with all the customers she works with. Such an amazing employee.”
