We just went directly to the car and drove off. No waiting at the desk. Drop off couldn’t be any easier either. Easiest car rental transaction ever. Will probably use them again if needed. “National made renting the car SO simple! I reserved the car on the app, and pickup was SUPER easy! It really mattered to me, because my flight (redeye) was already delayed by 2 hours and I was operating on very little sleep!I walked up, was told to pick a car from the specific lane, checkout was simple and just drive off! I will never use another rental car company!Thanks for being SO awesome!”

“We didn’t pick up the car here, but we had to drop our Alamo rental at the airport. Very easy process and the staff was really helpful. We made it to the security line before noticing we had left something in the vehicle we returned. We ran back to Alamo and the staff was able to get us back in the car immediately and we were able to retrieve the item. Thanks for making the drop off process so simple and for getting us back in the car to grab our forgotten item!”

However, this particular rental was due to an incredibly stressful occasion as I had to have unplanned repairs with my personal vehicle. “Great service very pleasant and knowledgeable. They had a few questions when I walked in. They already had reservations from my insurance when I arrived. We did a walk around the vehicle to check for damage, also the inside. Looked great, full tank of gas. Signed paper work and was handed the keys. Quick and smooth. Return after 11 days. Same walk around inside and out. The gas tank returned full. Great experience. Thanks guys.”

“Very nice staff. The agency is off-site but the shuttle picks you up at the airport and drops you off. The car was new and in great shape. The only negative was that the previous renter smoked in the car and there was still a scent but the agency was quick to offer a substitute car. Great customer service.”

“We had an issue mid way through our rental and at first were told they couldn’t switch us for a different vehicle but the manager James Ortiz overheard me talking with my husband on the phone in the lot about the issue and not only made the effort to approach me and ask what the issue was but helped us get it resolved and got us into a new car within 5 minutes! Cannot recommend this location enough thanks to James and our wonderful experience with him! He seemed to genuinely care about us and providing a positive customer experience! We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our experience and will certainly rent from this location in the future!”

“Not the cheapest place but they helped us out in a pinch. It was a bit confusing what counter to go to. They have one for normal customers who need wheels to go to, and a separate one in the garage for their rewards customers.The staff that moves the car in the garage are a bit rude, and not super helpful. When returning my car they got mad because I didn't wait at the returns area. There was no one there and I had places to be so I parked the car exactly where I had rented it from and one of the tenders got a little attitude with me because I returned it at the very minute I said I would. They wanted it early I guess. Maybe call and ask if I can bring it back a bit early for another customer? I would have tried.”
“My experience here was beyond 5 stars because of Justin, Alex and Sawaya!! I was renting a car after someone hit me, of course flustered they got me in a car immediately. The first car I got had a minor issue. I took it back and Justin put me in a beautiful upgrade no questions asked! Highly recommend them and I will rent from this company and location in the future.”
“I’d always rented from the big name players, and was nervous about giving these guys a try, but they had the best rates and availability at Charlotte airport. So glad I gave them a try. Service was great- friendly, helpful, efficient. The car was clean and comfortable. The counter and garage were easy to find. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. I’ll be happy to rent from Advantage Rent A Car next time.”

“The only reason I deducted a star was because of the wait in line....they are definitely short staffed for check in. With that being said the staff is great...friendly even though they deal with customers that are not prepared and are rude. Ashley was great (she deserves 5 stars)! Thank you for being friendly and treating us with respect. The car did need a run through the car wash but the interior was very clean. We were happy with the transportation to and from the airport.”
“The whole experience was amazing and easy and quick, my shuttle drivers where both very helpful and sweet, and the girls at the counter getting me my rental where just as sweet and helpful.
