“We had a very positive experience with Alamo last week. We had a reservation in Myrtle Beach for the week, but when our flight from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach was delayed 7 hours, I called Alamo, and they were able to expeditiously change our reservation into the same type of vehicle so that we could drive the 4 hours, instead of hanging out to wait on a delayed flight.”

“Me and my wife recently rented two cars for our family vacation. This was our first time renting a car through them aside from insurance claims. We set up our rentals online which made the process easier during pick up. We received great customer service from a young man and a young lady they both were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We had to put deposits down and it didn’t take long to put back on card after returning. We definitely will be using there services again.”

“Only problem I had was my Handicap Decal was left behind and once I returned to Maryland and realized that I didn't remove it from the drivers side sun visor..I went out late for a grocery run and reached for my Handicap Decal and realized I left it in Charlotte and immediately reached out to Customer Service at least 3 times.I follow up today for the agent to say that it wasn't found. Im not believing that at all and I very disappointed with the outcome.. if one of your workers have it. I reported stolen and it has a serial# that is registered through the state of Maryland.In the event you are stopped by the police it is reported as STOLEN..

“I reserved a van for this morning at 7. It was waiting for me when I got there. Jovan had me on the road in no time and when I dropped it back off he did the same again. I've used U-haul all my life. This was the first time at Enterprise and it won't be my last. Jovan's customer service has won me over. He was great.”

“Not the cheapest place but they helped us out in a pinch. It was a bit confusing what counter to go to. They have one for normal customers who need wheels to go to, and a separate one in the garage for their rewards customers.The staff that moves the car in the garage are a bit rude, and not super helpful. When returning my car they got mad because I didn't wait at the returns area. There was no one there and I had places to be so I parked the car exactly where I had rented it from and one of the tenders got a little attitude with me because I returned it at the very minute I said I would. They wanted it early I guess. Maybe call and ask if I can bring it back a bit early for another customer? I would have tried.”

“Our car broke down during visiting our family in South Carolina. We are from Tennessee. Called Enterprise and explained that our car was being towed, my husband was going to be riding in the tow truck in order to go and speak with the dealership. And that my son and I would be left at the mechanic shop that was unable to help us, that we would be needing a car as soon as possible since the mechanic shop was going to be closing in just a couple of hours. Long story short they told me that I was on the expedite for help. They never called nor did they ever show up to pick us up. So the last minute I was trying to find a car rental for my son and I before the mechanic shop close and the car rental places closed. I called Hertz and spoke with Tim. He was very reassuring and helpful. I was able to get a uber to Hertz and when I got there there were six people in line in front of us and it was just a few minutes before 5:00 closing time. Isaiah and Tim were working so diligently to help each customer and be sure everyone was taken care of and not once did I feel that they were frustrated that it was a Friday and it was after 5:00 and they were still at work. They were kind and they were reassuring. And these gentlemen are a asset to the Gastonia Hertz location. When I return the car today Isaiah was very kind to ask me how everything was working out and he remembered our story. Again just shows his empathy and Kindess. Thank you again Tim and Isaiah for your care and empathy which gave me peace in a time of uncertainty.”

“The rental car pickup at Hertz is a game changer! I always hate waiting at the counter to pick up a rental car, but this was almost as easy as reserving an Uber. I was able to complete the rental online and choose the car the day of our flight, and it was waiting for us with the keys in it when we got to the garage. Honestly, it was just a great experience that made our weekend so much easier.”

“This was my first time renting a car. I took photos of the existing damage before driving, just in case they later claimed I had caused it and tried to charge me. But there were no issues, and I wasn’t charged for any preexisting damage. Overall, the car was great!”
“First time doing virtual registration but it went pretty smooth. Gabriel was patient with me getting all required documents to him. Car exterior was kind of rough (lots of scratches from being keyed) but it got me where I needed to go! No shuttle to airport except during business hours so had the extra cost of uber.”
