“Great outlet store with terrific selections but the staff service, help, and support tops it all! I called to confirm a coat I saw online was in store since I live 30+ minutes away and Justin couldn't have been more helpful to me. I wound up not being able to get there before EOD and they held the coat for me, which is often unheard today. He assured me that Brandon would be there in the morning and would hold the coat. Brandon was a gem! I wound up trying on so many coats because the ones I saw in the store looked so much better than their pictures online. Brandon was patient with me and helped to look up the insulation ratings to be sure I was getting a jacket that would meet my needs.
It's been a long time since I've encountered a sales associate who was as patient, kind, and helpful.”
“Every time I walk into Catalyst, I find something I just cannot live without. They have a ton of cute clothes and jewelry, as well as candles, skincare, and other accessories. They have an array of sizes, including some very cute plus size things. If you are in the area, definitely come check them out!”
“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”
“I am just recently returning to Old Navy after a 140 lb weight loss. I admit Im also always seeking a 'good deal'. I find the employees in the stores I shop at are very friendly and eager to help. Today, I drove an hour away to get a romper in a size that I saw yesterday. I called ahead to see if it was available and the lady (Mgr) remembered me from yesterday and went and put that romper in her office until I drove there. When I walked into the store the cashier greeted me like we were besties. She remembered me from yesterday, also. So, Old Navy, this skinny lady is BACK to buy a whole new closet of clothes!”
“A little cramped, but it was worth it in the end. Kiddos needed some extra winter clothes and we found such great deals on shirts and pants for my 4 year old and 2 year old. The clearance also had lots of good deals for comfy clothes to wear around the house.”

“Very nice clothing store. I thought it would all be consignment but they have a lot of new clothing. I was impressed at the amount of plus size items they had. It's not easy to find, I drove past it the first time and the prices were higher than I expected, but that's probably because I thought it was totally a consignment shop.”

“it is what you would expect! never wowed but one of the few spots at the outlet that consistently has something! also, if you hunt a little, you can find some good quality clothes too! lots of sweaters are 100% cotton, which is nice for longevity. if your on a budget, or just want to feel like a savvy shopper, then this is a good place for you! good for basics!”

“If you are looking for a REAL suit store, this is it. I stumbled upon it and found my long time stylist Broderick managing. I returned 2 days later to spend more time and buy 2 suits and 2 pairs of shoes. This man can dress you like no other. I ALWAYS get compliments every time he styles me. Quality suits are sold here with shoe choices to go along. I can’t wait to return. Side note is they sell Big sizes as well. I am a 54L. If you are looking to impress, don’t go any further.”
“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
