“I own a mom blog and it’s that time of year where I go and review every place I’ve used for my kids and gosh do I love the gap. Such adorable yet basic clothing makes the kids feel happy they get to pick their items and not too bad on the budget! My daughter got the katseye hoodie and will not stop wearing it even in 91 degree weather LOL”

“My son had an errand to run at this outlet mall so I had time to explore. I did score a few awesome deals.
Overall, the prices seemed really reasonable & they have a decent selection of merchandise including blazers, jeans, belts, hair accessories and as well as a good selection for men, too.
I highly recommend this J Crew Factory store.

“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”

“This location should definitely be bigger than what it is given all that they carry. I often bounce between this spot & the one on central because they may have what another store doesn't. The staff is usually friendly, and the store is always clean. I honestly feel like the only bad thing about it is the space they were given in comparison to the other location. Either way it's a good place to shop for affordable & quality clothes. I've never purchased anything from here that I regret buying for any reason.”

“This TH store located inside Charlotte Premium outlet is relatively small store. It was clean and tidy. They got products for men and women, but too many for kids. There are some accessories by the checkout area as well. Prices were decent including the sale discounts. Saw few associates helping customers with checkout and tidying up store as it was almost closing time.”
