We looked at several options on her computer. After some time, I left and she continued the search on my behalf. She sent me quite a few images of sets to consider before I found the one. “Stark Carpet is wonderful! Many different types of carpet to choose from. Gorgeous area rugs in various price points. Cannot say enough good about Stark Carpet in Charlotte NC. We have the Australian wool sisal and absolutely love it. Had it stain treated. Kids dropped popsicle on the carpet (cherry red on wheat colored sisal). Stain came out! Cannot say enough good about the people and the carpet at Stark!”
“Management Chalene Morrison fratinized concerning my transportation with Uber three times about me staying longer. I replied after she waited on me that I was going to look around and was leaving my appointed time and after the third time she said Quote: you can stay in here until 7pm. I told her to not speak to me that way, that I was the one who has to pay for the merchandise. She then told David to roll my microwave to the door, I felt she was trying to put me out. I have did business with Kimbrell since 1979, and have never had this bad experience. I asked David the warehouse man who gets the order to check looking out the door in the back that my Uber was arriving, I didn't know if they was coming to the back or front, he said he wasn't going to look which that was his job to load me. When the car arrived my driver had to load the box because he did not. He was talking to the manager. I fell I have been mistreated and treated unprofessional. This is the first I have ever been treated this way by Kimbrell's . This Kimbrell's is located at 3525 Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte.

Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. This was wonderful as I HATE high pressure sales and salespeople. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a better nights sleep to go to the Gastonia NC store and see Josh and Robert.”

“I had a bad experience where movers lost the screws to my bedroom set. I had purchased the bedroom set from Tavares at House To Home Furnishings last year. I was not sure what I was going to do but I went to see Tavares there and he ordered the hardware pack for my bedroom set and had one of his staff come assemble my bed and dresser and mirror. Not only did Tre’ assemble my bed, he arranged my bedroom set in the perfect way. I was so happy and excited to finally have my bed back after waiting a month as I did not have the idea to go to Tavares for a couple of weeks after the movers left my room in complete disarray.
