“One of my favorites to stay when when visiting the Charlotte area. I've always had a pleasant stay here. I always end my night with a drink of course from the bar and Marquita was definitely the bartender I needed during this stay. The drink was perfection and her service was even better. She was nice and easy to talk to. Definitely hope she's here still when we return in a few months. Very pleasant with the others at the bar as well. She was awesome.
Rooms: Clean, quiet, comfortable. One of the reasons why I always stay at this one.
Nearby activities: Shopping and eating spots very close.
Walkability: Walked to a near by spot earlier and it was quiet. No busy traffic. Roads were clear and very nice area.
Food and drinks: Food was good. Wings and fries. Drinks were amazing! Thanks Marquita!”

“Hello, I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at The Hilton garden inn. We stayed Christmas and black Friday. From the moment I checked in, I was met with such a warm greeting. Check in was smooth sailing. She was welcoming and told me about all the stuff they had going on and where everything was. Anytime I had a question, I got an immediate response. My son and family met us there, we were able to swim and socialize stress and worry free. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the whole place clean. If I can give it 10 Stars I definitely would. I suggest and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Gastonia area. You can definitely tell management does a great job taking their job seriously. And I could tell that by the employees supporting them. Great job to all the Hilton garden inn management and staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“We have stayed in quite a few different motels over the years. The Motel 6 in Charlotte-Coliseum NC is by far the best. The 1st night the desk clerk worked hard to make sure we had the correct room. The rooms are very clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We have had issues with roaches, but I can tell it is from neighboring rooms. The staff are working to get rid of them. So far, there haven't been any loud neighbors. I would definitely recommend this motel.”

“It is located right down the road from the airport and provides shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on sight which has tasty options so no need to anywhere to grab a bite. Highly recommended.”
“Very friendly service at check in. Our room was on level 0, and it was right next to the fire pit, so we could hear people out there as we were going to sleep, but it wasn’t too bad. Room was very clean, smelled nice, and was a nice size. Breakfast was not bad at all, better than your typical hotel breakfast, in my opinion. We were very pleased and will definitely be back.I only gave 4/5 because we weren’t there long enough to check out any of the amenities the hotel had to offer. I will gladly change my star rating when we come back and have time to check the place out more :-)”

“We arrived on a Thursday evening and the place was very quiet. The check-in lobby was clean and the gentleman at the counter was polite and courteous. The process was quick and easy we did have to pay a $100.00 incidentals but we got that returned a couple days after check-out. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The views were nothing special but we don't mind not having a view as we got the room to sleep and that was about it. The bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in the last year staying at hotels and we will definitely be back if we ever go that way again. The breakfast selection was basic like cereal and muffins but free with the stay. I didn't really look as we went to Starbucks across the road. Great place to stay!Rooms: Very clean!”

“Some people have left some bad reviews of this place. But from my personal experience. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. All the staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. They do a great job keeping the place clean and are so kind and considerate to the guests. The breakfast is pretty great I was shocked because most hotel breakfasts aren't that good. The rooms are so organized and spotless and house keeping does really great. The hotel is right next to a few restaurants and at a safe location near alot of places so that's also a huge bonus. This hotel is absolutely wonderful in my opinion and couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Front desk staff were super personable. When we checked in we asked about a pool for our kids, they told us about their sister institution across the parking lot and said we could swim there. Once checked into our room, it was very clean and modern. Would stay again.Nearby activities: Pool table in lobby. Embassy hotel across the parking lot is a sister institution and allowed us to use their pool.Safety: Situated in a town-house residential area. Clean and safe for walking to different facilities.”
“I just want to share some love for how I was treated here. Came in from a delayed flight that caused me to miss my connection. AA was good enough to send me here for the night but because the way the flight was booked I couldn't get the voucher. When I threw a bunch of credit cards down to just get a room and get to sleep and was on the verge of tears because i was sooo incredibly tired (I manly enough to admit it) the folks at the desk managed to check me in and figure it out. Seriously. It meant so much that they could see my frustration and yet weren't condescending and offered better service than I've received at high end hotels. The rooms are good enough and super clear for what you're getting, but seriously, it's the service that ALWAYS makes the difference. Thank you! I might be a hilton customer but ill be sure to stay here if I ever have to overnight in CLT again.”
“Nice location but do be aware and there are signs in the elevator there’s been a rash of break ins in the area so lock your doors. Also was weird they lock the hotel front door even in the middle of the day u need to use your key to enter if nobody at the front desk is paying attention and sees you which is odd. I asked About it and they said some strange characters wander in there sometimes. I dunno I went for 3 runs in the neighborhoods around the hotel all High end and nice no weirdos waking around. Anyways hotel is also only 10 min from the airport which is great and walkable to a few restaurants and a grocery store which was nice”

“My new travel hack when traveling with a toddler! Rented a room for an hour so I could let my toddler squirm around and not be trapped in his stroller while we waited out our layover. The front desk attendant was so nice and the room was perfect. Just the right size and nothing my son could get into and tear up. The location was right in the middle of the terminal next to many food options so it was easy to grab something to eat before getting our room. I highly recommended for anyone needing even just an hour to stretch out and chill between flights!”

“Room was clean, and very big. I asked for a disposable razor at the front desk, and shaving cream. Cream was a joke, but the razor did the job. Lemon water near the entrance was nice. Breakfast this morning was biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links. And the standard make-your-own waffles. Orange juice, was orange water. Not good. Milk was good. We took the airport shuttle, and it left promptly at 9am, and we were inside the airport at 9:09am.”

“Came here for work. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good after a long nights work. I didn't pay attention to the sign. Note it is open 6:30 week days and 7:00 on Saturday and Sunday. But all is good.”
“Everything about our experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a local shuttle. The evening reception was simple but nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only reason I could not give all 5 stars was because they only had pork breakfast meat options. Most hotels (including less expensive hotels) offer at least turkey sausage or chicken sausage along with pork bacon. So that would be my only suggestion. Not everyone eats pork.”

“I went there and I had a nice experience of much, It could have strong better WI-FI that didn't keep cutting out and such while there! but other then that the service was helpful and it was very quiet and peaceful like nobody messes with you or bothers you. I was kinda sad they didn't have a bathroom drain to the bath tub like if you wanted a bath you would have to come up with a idea to stick in there that hold to build the water up.... The fridge was unplugged so i plugged it back in while wondering who the heck did this? o.o”
