“My husband and I are here for the race this weekend in Charolette and we had wanted to book a two bedroom room and mistakenly booked a one bedroom and they were very understanding and easy to get our rooms switched over with no problems. I can’t remember the names of the ladies who helped us but the lady in front that checked us in was very professional and nice about it. Would definitely come back!”

“Visited March 2026. Hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the 485. Sugar Creek bike and hiking path right across the street. Room was very clean. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast is very basic. Staff is friendly.”

“It had been many years since staying here, and I didn't know whether the management had kept it up in good condition. I I was very pleased with how clean everything was. The furnishings and fixtures were all pretty much new, and there was no evidence of bugs, no mildew, no stains, everything was very well kept up. The cabinets and doors were the pretty old, but that didn't really make much of a difference. The location is pretty quiet, and the interior is quiet too especially for how full it was when I was there. The free breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I decided to skip the egg pucks. I would definitely put this on my short list of places to stay when visiting south Charlotte.”

“This is a perfect location and an extremely nice budget option if you are a Best Western member. The little sugar creek trailhead is across the street, access to a beautiful walking, biking trail network. Stay here!”

“Nice remodel of the place. But I wish there was coffee table in the suite that I was staying in. There is no place to sit a drink if you're chilling in the living room. There is not even a clock on the night stand anymore. Also the tub should have been redone. There are dark marks on the bottom surface of the tub.”
