“3 other companies told me my irrigation system was unable to be repaired and wanted $8-12k for a new system. Called A+ and although they agreed there were a lot of issues with our system they explained what components would be wise to replace and see if we could update the system to get more years of use out of it. (They also priced a new system just to give us options). Scott is a NC Licensed Irrigation and Landscaping contractor and very knowledgeable so we let them proceed with the repairs. The crew and himself worked tirelessly to repair our system and after 1 very long day, we have a system more efficient than anyone in our neighborhood. They were great every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier! Won’t ever contact anyone else but Scott and his guys!”

“To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“I'm giving a 4 because this is better than your average Home Depot. Selection like any HD is massive and you can get even more inventory delivered to the store. Prices for most items are not the cheapest but certain items are actually quite solid for example Round Up while others are gauging like shelf liners. They are always well stocked and never have been out of the item I needed. Most departments (most) I was able to get good help quickly often just from a friendly associate walking by (not the case in places like NY, NJ, CA, south Florida or even Georgia). Cons: One area that we got no help ever was blinds / curtains, etc. the back left side of the store can be a ghost town of employees but everywhere else I always found one easily. selection of connectors for washers, dryers, etc was pretty limited.”
