There are so many items to complete and all projects. Easy to find plumbing parts as well as electrical products. Great prices on the entire store. Open 7 days a week. Go by and get keys made or propane tank filled. Even a cold drink or a snack for the lunch box. Need a Christmas gift for you, guy or gal? Think about hipps hardware. Ace is the place. Tool rental, seeds for the garden! even fresh honey!”

“I couldn't find the tarp I wanted so they looked it up and let me know there were 3 in the store.Another associate walked over there with me and dug through the tarp wall to find the right ones for the sale.I got the items I went in for and free stuff because of the coupon they had available.Customer service focused location.Way to go HFT team!”

“Why should you shop Fastenal? It's similarly priced (if not a bit cheaper) than big box stores, yet everything reeks of QUALITY. There's nothing worse than a bolt that snaps when you torque down on it, or a screw that strips. I was shocked when I entered this place, as it's a small appearing store housed in a nondescript strip mall alongside the DMV. This store is extremely deep (75+'), well stocked, and staffed by nice people. They have every type of bolt, screw, automotive body panel fasteners - both stainless steel and galvanized; electrical connectors; some tools - both Milwaukee & Dewalt. Monday-Friday hours. Like I said, no poorly made garbage here, though they're priced in line with what you'd pay at the big box stores.”

“I needed some drawer slides for a very picky customer. The box stores are fine for 2x4’s and plywood, but if you need high quality this is the place to go. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Always happy with any product they have and don’t have to settle with the box store selection.”

“To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“I dropped my Wright Stander off on Monday late in the day for a tune-up to be ready for the coming season. In the past, it has taken several weeks and sometimes months for my machine to come back. This week, it was ready by Friday morning... less than 4 days!.Cora and Kelcey provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. They both took the time throughout the week to call me and keep me informed on the progress. They were professional, courteous and truly seem to take pride in their jobs.After looking at previous 1-star reviews, I must say that, in the past, I would have concurred with the lack of service and communication that has frustrated others. “Went to Lowe's for some wire cutters and was immediately greeted by a lady at the customer service desk. She was very sweet and pointed me to the aisle I needed to go to find them. Although I was in the right area I had trouble narrowing down exactly which one to consider buying. That's when Ashley came by and I received immaculate assistance from him! He showed me the proper size I needed for the job at hand, as well as a pack of filers I didn't initially consider. Overall a quick trip, but very helpful and I will buy from this location again!”

“I'm giving a 4 because this is better than your average Home Depot. Selection like any HD is massive and you can get even more inventory delivered to the store. Prices for most items are not the cheapest but certain items are actually quite solid for example Round Up while others are gauging like shelf liners. They are always well stocked and never have been out of the item I needed. Most departments (most) I was able to get good help quickly often just from a friendly associate walking by (not the case in places like NY, NJ, CA, south Florida or even Georgia). Cons: One area that we got no help ever was blinds / curtains, etc. the back left side of the store can be a ghost town of employees but everywhere else I always found one easily. selection of connectors for washers, dryers, etc was pretty limited.”
