“One of the cool things about Ace Hardware stores is that they're each a little different. Unlike the big box that are quite formulaic, these stores sometimes have different stock and merchandise. So as I'm preparing for my RV plumbing project, I thought to check out a different store to see if they had different stuff. And yes, they did.
With a friendly helper offering assistance and advice, I'm still not quite ready to begin but now I have a better idea of how I'm going to run the piping and the cables to make sure it all works and doesn't leak.”

“Let me 1st say that I'm a DIY warrior. My house AC went out and I decided to try to fix it on my own before calling a technician. I decided to start with changing out the capacitor. I went in to the store and Brooke held my hand and made sure that I got everything that I needed. She was extra patient and helpful. Truly a blessing! “I went to your Belmont location today instead of Northlake. Although Belmont is about another 10 minute round trip from my home I needed something specific and your location had it in stock. I also needed a few other things for a project and let me just tell you, the people you have at Belmont working are amazing! Personable and I truly felt like I was getting A+ service from the moment I walked through the doors. Chloe in your paint department was phenomenal and was able to get a perfect match from a broken piece of trim, saving me so much time from having to repaint all my trim vs just a small section. Ron in self checkout was personable, and helped save me some time with the process of checking out. I will forever be making the extra 10 minute round trip for all my projects if this is the service I get during my visits. Northlake store Do Better and learn something from Belmont!!!”
