“I went to your Belmont location today instead of Northlake. Although Belmont is about another 10 minute round trip from my home I needed something specific and your location had it in stock. I also needed a few other things for a project and let me just tell you, the people you have at Belmont working are amazing! Personable and I truly felt like I was getting A+ service from the moment I walked through the doors. Chloe in your paint department was phenomenal and was able to get a perfect match from a broken piece of trim, saving me so much time from having to repaint all my trim vs just a small section. Ron in self checkout was personable, and helped save me some time with the process of checking out. I will forever be making the extra 10 minute round trip for all my projects if this is the service I get during my visits. Northlake store Do Better and learn something from Belmont!!!”

“One of the cool things about Ace Hardware stores is that they're each a little different. Unlike the big box that are quite formulaic, these stores sometimes have different stock and merchandise. So as I'm preparing for my RV plumbing project, I thought to check out a different store to see if they had different stuff. And yes, they did. With a friendly helper offering assistance and advice, I'm still not quite ready to begin but now I have a better idea of how I'm going to run the piping and the cables to make sure it all works and doesn't leak.”

“I had Overhead Door Charlotte come to my home to replace the springs for my garage door and rollers. The tech was on time, extremely professional and courteous. Everything is working great again. I would use them again in a heartbeat.”

“Super helpful employees. I hate going to hardware and auto parts stores bc I don't know what I'm talking about so it's always great when the staff is extra kind and patient and the employee that helped me was beyond helpful and the cashier was super sweet.”

“You cant beat that price! While everyone is price gouging propane before an ice storm, Country hardware is the cheapest in town! James has stood outside for hours filling tanks. This is two tanks for $30. On top of that, they have the best customer service!”

“Went in today looking for a particular item and even though I did not make a purchase, I have never in my life been into an Ace Hardware that was that nice and clean. Place was very organized and looked great. Prices can be a bit steep but store looked phenomenal.”

“I only wish that harbor Freight would put their buildings close to major truck stops because they would get way more business than they could shake a stick at because most of us in the trucking industry buy their tools”

“We definitely noticed, that the staff there was very friendly, attentive and proached us to offer their assistance. Which normally on these type of places, if you are lucky to find one employee, you almost have to beg for their help and pray not to get attitude... So congratulations to the management team and keep it up!!!”

“Let me 1st say that I'm a DIY warrior. My house AC went out and I decided to try to fix it on my own before calling a technician. I decided to start with changing out the capacitor. I went in to the store and Brooke held my hand and made sure that I got everything that I needed. She was extra patient and helpful. Truly a blessing! My AC is working and my family is comfortable again. Thank you Ferguson and thank you to Brooke for her gre a t customer service.”

“I called looking to rent a truck for my move next week. I was referred to Penske as they are partnered with Home Depot for truck rentals. I spoke with Brody at Penske and he was knowledgeable, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me and also took the nightmare out of renting a truck during this whole moving process. The rates are very reasonable as well! If you're moving and need quick, professional and great service, you'll want to rent from Home Depot/Penske truck rentals!”

“My kids and I saw an associate last week ripping out the garden some kids made on the corner of the store. Went inside to ask about it, but the person didn’t know what was going on. Said it had something to do with some managers. Anyone know what’s happening with it? My kids (both under 8) are pretty upset that they can’t see their “friend” anymore, a little green lizard.”
