“Wow! This place has an incredible selection of indoor and outdoor plants and an array of beautiful pots. They also carry very cool rare plant varieties. Everyone who works there was so nice to us and our pup! As we were checking out, one of the workers noticed that one of the plants we were buying was smaller than the size on the price label and marked it down. They also helped us sleeve our plants and load them into our car. They went above and beyond and we had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend this place!”

“Blackhawk (owned by Ace) is a hybrid of an upscale hardware store, toy store, and home goods store.. and I love it! I am always greeted by smiling employees. The place is dog friendly and even has a dog bathing station! Recently, I have come here for toddler toys. They have dinosaurs, puzzles, toy cars, bubbles etc. they are more expensive than online options but the in person experience and friendly customer service is worth the up charge. On the weekends, you find lots of parents with their kids here. I enjoy browsing the aisles since there are so many different categories of home needs sold here.”

“I wasn’t at the nursery, I bought a Rose of Sharon tree online from Home Depot and when it arrived I was knocked sideways! I found it was shipped from this great company, in Charlotte, and I had to find them. This tree came in excellent boxed packaging and already had four or five large blooms! This has never happened before over the years when I’ve purchased plants by mail order! Even better, my son lives in Charlotte so I can visit the nursery some time. Yippee!! ?”

“Pike Nurseries has a beautiful selection of all things landscape including flowers, shrubs, yard art, and most recently, they added real Christmas trees in the back! Walk through the double doors at the back of the store, and you're immediately hit in the face with the glorious fragrance of evergreen trees, LOVE! Inside you'll find everything from bird feeders to home decor to furniture and door mats. They even have a pet supplies corner. I enjoyed browsing the shelves but beware - their prices are quite high. I am looking forward to checking out their flower selection in the spring! Will report back.”

“I bought a very cute little plant here the other day. It was a beautiful little plant shop but upon check out the lady asked if we wanted a bag. I said sure and when she put my plant in the bag some of it started falling off… we both noticed and she just looked at me and asked if I wanted a receipt.. I would now like a discount now that my plant is missing “leaves” lol no. But really I had a good time minus check out.”

“After calling several places to find a box to return my 75 inch tv Felecia picked up went the extra mile to find a box that would fit my tv! She even held the box by customer service until I got there as it was the last one in stock. Once I got to my car I noticed that the box wouldn't fit in my Camaro. I was about to cry and give as it's been a rough day until I was introduced to ray. Ray went above and beyond to help me strap my box to the car so I can return my tv! I am thoroughly impressed with the service and would recommend them specifically for any customer service help! Thank you so much ray and Phelecia !”

“Home Depot has a Lotta great choices. I like their online purchasing system. It seems like the more mature specialized departments well their employees anyway could use a little more training.”

“To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“I was recently down there getting some birch 4'x8' sheets and Ray was so nice to help me out. While cutting the boards down may be part of their job, a lot of associates at other stores aren't always so eager to help. I really appreciate him helping me and I will definitely be back to this location even though there are several closer to my home. Thanks again Ray!!”

“I'm giving a 4 because this is better than your average Home Depot. Selection like any HD is massive and you can get even more inventory delivered to the store. Prices for most items are not the cheapest but certain items are actually quite solid for example Round Up while others are gauging like shelf liners. They are always well stocked and never have been out of the item I needed. Most departments (most) I was able to get good help quickly often just from a friendly associate walking by (not the case in places like NY, NJ, CA, south Florida or even Georgia). Cons: One area that we got no help ever was blinds / curtains, etc. the back left side of the store can be a ghost town of employees but everywhere else I always found one easily. selection of connectors for washers, dryers, etc was pretty limited.”

“Five stars for LOU in the paint aisle he is an expert in his area and we waited just for his services the other guys service is terrible and he gives off the vibe he isn’t enjoying being there BUT LOU! he’s definitely improving the quality of your store.”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
