However I do wish they offered the use of a peer to peer payment system, and I do wish they would build a branch in Graham. The traffic around this location has become terrible.”

“I was wondering why I kept getting charged for my saving account when I had money in it. I finally spoke to a banker at this location and they helped me solve my problem. Also, the tellers here are pretty sweet. Very friendly and guide me through my deposits and transfers, because for some reason, I always go blank. The bank is rather large and very clean. There is a seating area for those that need to speak to a banker. There is usually 4 tellers, one being fluent in Spanish, to the right side of the bank. For the Pokemon Go trainers, there is a PokeStop right outside the bank.”

She was fantastic in helping us set up our business bank accounts and connected us with their merchant processing services, which have significantly lower fees compared to other common processors. I truly appreciate Marla and the time she takes to assist us whenever we have a need or concern. It's good to have those personable connections in an industry that often feels impersonal.”
“I went to this BB&T now Truist to deposit the check. The place was not crowded and service was easily done I came during the lunchtime crowd and most of them were using the drive-thru ATM. The rest hope the crowd went through the drive-thru window. The tellers were very friendly and talkative to help people with their day and see how their day was going you can hear it from inside the office as they talk through the microphone. All in all it was a pleasant experience for this place this place actually is a very large BB&T spot with a lot of different groups underneath it in the same building so like that you don't have to go very far to get things done if you're working with the DMT”
