Our oldest son has Autism and making decisions are never easy for him. Maurice took his time and wasn't in a rush to make sure we got the absolute best shoe for him. “My son and I stopped by the Nike store on our way back home from a visit to NC. We were specifically looking for basketball shoes as he recently made the team. Kyle and Cam were incredibly helpful and the epitome of excellent customer service. I'm not sure if they work on commission, but you could tell their service to the customers was genuine. Kyle took the time to make sure my son didn't just try on shoes, but patiently talked about what to look for in a shoe based on the sport and position he would be playing. Cam was also excellent and was eager to give friendly feedback and advice. I would gladly drive the 2.5 hours to the outlet again next time we need shoes, just to have this experience again. Great job, guys!!!”
