“Rebecca was amazing from start to finish! She was very patient and really went out of her way to help me find options within my budget. Best of all the finished product came out beautifully! I would absolutely recommend RIBA Elite Apparel!”

“The store was clean and staff friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but the hoodie I was trying to purchase didn't have a price tag, nor did the other ones that were hung up the night before. It caused me to wait 10 min before they could retrieve price”

“Today I shopped at ASICS outlet in Mebane, N.C., along with my 75 year old mother. We were greeted by Colby, the salesperson who was extremely helpful and patient as we tried on several pairs of sneakers. Because I am a loyal fan of the Nimbus style, I knew immediately which shoe I wanted but the color was difficult to settle on. Also, this was my mother's first pair of ASICS sneakers. Colby was so very helpful in color suggestions and continued to maintain professional service even while we tried on many pairs of sneakers. I commend Colby's extraordinary service and applaud his management of the entire store as he served customers alone. This is the second time that I have purchased from this location and both times, the service has been stellar!”

“Great knowledgeable staff. Fair prices their website is not accurate on what’s in stock but overall satisfaction was good. I bought several items from this place over the years.”

“I made a special trip to shop at the Nike Factory Store and was very disappointed to find it unexpectedly when I arrived. It was during a major shopping day, and there was only a note on the door stating that the store was closed for the day. Considering Nike is one of the main destination stores in the area, it was definitely surprising. That said, the store itself appeared to be fully stocked, and I've had good experiences shopping here in the past. I look forward to returning when it's open and hope this was just an unusual circumstance.”
