“We ran over a bolt while on vacation and it got stuck in our tire. We needed the tire repaired on our van safely because we have to drive 547 miles home Saturday. My boyfriend drove our car to cherry grove automotive repair and they immediately took the car in, plugged the tire for us and didn't even charge us!! The customer service and atmosphere of this garage is pleasant. Thanks for the great service! We appreciate it greatly.”

“I am a senior lady who foolishly locked her keys in the car at 9pm in front of Mission Barbeque in NMB. They also close at 9pm.
In 2 hours time I called the NMB police dept twice, and two locksmiths. The police will leave an elderly woman in a dark parking lot alone at night because..."they don't do that anymore." - although of course they can open a car in 5 minutes if they want. The two locksmiths waited an hour each to call back and say there was nobody to come out.
At almost 11pm, I called the police dept again to plead. Got a different person who suggested calling a tow company and gave me Allen's Towing's phone number. Helpful, but in a resort town, I would expect far more from a supposedly excellent police department.
15 minutes later a nice young man pulls up, and has the car opened in 5 minutes. He was also very reasonable on charges considering the time of night. Bless these people and this company. They well might have saved my life.
In the Grand Strand there are so many businesses that are worthless. It's wonderful to find caring, responsible, people who do a great job! Thank you, to Allen's Towing.”

“I am going on a long distance road trip, and needed periodic maintenance (coolant flush, transmission fluid change) done before I left. I also asked them to do a thorough inspection - especially the serpentine belt. EVERYTHING was fine …. They could have done additional work, such as saying the serpentine belt should be replaced based on mileage. but they were honest and I am leaving knowing my vehicle is ready to go.”

“Had someone contact me incredibly fast when I made an inquiry. I was able to text with the rep which was incredibly convenient since I was at work. Convenience at its finest.The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment.EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over. “Sean and his wife Melissa are both amazing personable people and very professional but also makes you feel like you have known them for ever. I took my car there (for a second opinion ?) after having been told by another company I would need a new air conditioner motor $1000. Sean said that it would be either $800 to replace the air conditioner motor or a part for $88 dollars.I told him to fix it regardless of the cost. I got a call from Melissa saying come get your car. I was expecting to pay the $800’s but it was only $88 dollars. Sean could have charged me the higher price and told me it was the air conditioner motor I would never have known the difference. I recommend this shop regardless of your mechanical needs from a simple oil change to major repairs. It’s hard to find a good mechanic let alone one who is honest and hard working but this shop and his staff surpasses all others. Support your local small businessmen”
