“The purpose of my visit was to check prices of Stihl weed eaters. I was greeted with a smile by the floor clerk (whose name I forget to note). He politely asked if I needed any help. To which I replied, " No, not just yet, thank you. I will let you know as I pointed to the rack full of Stihl weed eaters. He smiled and turned to go about other task. It wasn't but a few minutes later, he was back and near by talking about work task with fellow employees. I motioned to him that"I was ready for his help." I needed to see a weed eater that was lock up. But wanted to be able to hold and feel the weight and function of it. He happily helped me. I was impressed with the price and that it was well suited for my use. We talked about the weed eater as also did another customer. The three of us comparing notes, if you will.Once I told the clerk, yes I want to purchase this Stihl. He offered a case of Stihl oil. But I interected with " no thank you I have oil at home". "well the reason I suggest it is this, your warranty will be doubled from 2 years to 4 years.No pressure ...ust a nice offer.I was happy to buy the whole deal. Then he made sure the weed eater had fuel, that it started and that I was statisfied with the purchase. This is good hometown service and is missed in the Big Box stores. “Went in here the other day to get a part for a friend. She called ahead and they set it aside for her. It was ready whenever I got there in two hours.The front desk greets you right as you walk in. I found the staff to be incredibly kind and helpful. They actually had a surprising amount of cat food which was pretty mind blowing. I think they have a lot of pet stuff actually. Some of it was on sale, but in general it's normal And or expensive prices. Very clean store. A little hard to get into but good parking.”

“Fast in and out, inventory starting to show signs of supply issues. Small items not being sorted very well (bins all mixed up, hard to find most items) Employees are scarce. Weeks since last review, not much changed, more employees, but inexperienced. Things seem to be better stocked, and the employees more knowledgeable. Still having inventory issues, spoke to a manager and the stock is in the store but the night crew isn't doing their job. Update...still having staff issues, more staff, but if you have any type of technical questions about a project, unfortunately you'll probably know more than an employee...lol. But I guess that's the way it is now, with fast food joints paying 15/18 $ per hour to assemble a burger, doesn't leave much qualified help in the labor market. Sad state of affairs. February 9, inventory is in better shape, still having a staff problem.”

“I went in to find an LED light bulb and we (me and the store manager) couldn't find it anywhere, so I just decided to get a different kind which was sitting above a price tag of $13. I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”
