“Once you get the cockroaches under control, this is a really nice place to live. It’s affordable and conveniently located on the bus line. Tito and Chance are the maintenance guys who helped me out today and they were great! They gave me lots of helpful tips while visiting my apartment for an AC filter replacement. They also helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and saved me from a panic attack and potentially spending hundreds of dollars at a mechanic. Very knowledgeable and kind maintenance guys!”

“I love this apartment complex! The grounds are beautiful with mature trees. I had a loft apartment with my daughter. We called it The Cozy Loft, and it was. I recently experienced a family tragedy. The site manager, Brad and the maintenance staff, Martin and Mikel, were very helpful and supportive. So far I am very impressed with the new management team. I hope they stay!”
