Immediately greeted me when I came in and she gave me the space to make decisions on my own without trying to force anything on me. Ended up purchasing something a little above my price range that I had given, but that was my own decision and I didn’t feel like she only showed me products above my limit. She did an excellent job figuring out what worked for me. :)”

Called the MF store closest to the community and got Paul - a real person working in the store. He took excellent care of us. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful and wonderful she was. She spent so much time working with us and answered all of our questions. “By far the best online furniture ordering experience I’ve had. I love supporting a small local business, and I stumbled across Palette & Parlor after all the local furniture stores in Austin didn’t pan out. I worked with Ivy and she’s super kind, helpful, and definitely patient. She really impressed me because she’s honest and fair and I appreciated that more than anything. The shipping was relatively fast and they were very gentle on my piece during transport (the box didn’t have a mark on it!) Overall, I’ve been sharing Ivy’s shop with anyone I know who’s looking to buy furniture online. I’m in love with the piece I bought and will be returning to her site in the future.”
“We just love our Lovesac sactional but our terrific purchase experience was due to the staff and store manager, Sydney, at the Streets at Southpoint Mall location in Durham! We had to place our order, via phone call from out-of-state, as we had not moved yet. I had several phone calls with Sydney to discuss the order and when to place the order to receive the best delivery date to coincide with our home closing date. Sydney was so patient, knowledgeable, and always accommodating! She listened to what I needed, answered every question, and was very professional paired with warmth.
Once we received our sactional, we had to make a couple of changes to add to the size of what we originally purchased, and Sydney efficiently took care of everything via phone. It was so nice to be able to contact the store directly and speak with her to make the changes as opposed to having to contact a Customer Service Department. Ultimately, I went to the store to finally meet Sydney, the manager that made this all happen, and she made me feel as if I was her favorite customer! This was hands-down one of the best retail experiences I've ever had and their customer service is truly exceptional! We are so happy with our Lovesac sactional!
If you're considering a Lovesac product, you won't be disappointed and go to this store-you'll be in excellent hands!”

“I guess it'll be hit or miss depending on what's available at the time. I saw a lot of used desks, book shelves, chairs mainly. There were some electronic stuffs like computer monitors which might be worth buying. We got a pretty nice desk for $40+tax. I wish they opened on at least one of weekends. Their opening days and hours don't work well with my 9-5 weekday job. But I will definitely stop by and check this place next time I need a used simple furniture.”
“Dave and his partners are brilliant and expert artists. Our experience was absolutely wonderful! We went to Dave with a vision of what we wanted for our master bedroom furniture (bed, night stands, and chest of drawers) and some pictures of styles we liked. Dave got right to creating a few different drawings from what he had heard and seen in our conversations. He was super responsive and open to feedback, and very patient as we changed our minds (wood type, style details, etc... very patient!). When the big reveal came (aka delivery), we were grinning from ear to ear. Even from very detailed computer drawings, you never quite know what you'll get, but our delivery was better than we could have ever imagined. Dave and his team take their profession to the next level, and you will not be disappointed either. On a side note, Dave is very very involved in the community. I only learned of this when we saw his family out at a museum a few months later, but it further warmed my heart to know we were customers to such a talented artist and wonderful man (he is an incredible foster parent).”

“I googled affordable bedroom furniture and the link for 495bedset caught my attention. It was exactly what we were looking for at a price we could afford! I was amazed to be able to place an order as we live in Florida but upon talking to Louis, he provided a carrier in our area that I was able to select at an additional fee for delivery. Everything arrived, well packaged in boxes on a skid. Louis was always there to respond to my calls and very pleasant to talk to. The furniture is beautiful at a price you can't beat! I highly recommend purchasing from this dealer whether you live locally or out of state. We are very pleased!”

“It's the closest target near me, but it's so nice inside. It's been awhile since I've shopped target, but it's worth the drive. Clean store, it's just appealing to shop in, everything you need under one roof. Plenty of checkout lanes, and plenty of staff also, and they are willing to help.”

“My wife and I are way into antiques. We have been looking for a new spot in the area, and I stumbled across Oddities and Such from Google. We stopped in today, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have found this spot. This is such a cool place, filled to the brim with carefully curated treasures and we felt honored to look around. But, if I’m being honest, our time with Big Red really made our day. Richard is a wonderful guy who cheerfully greeted us at the door. We struck up a conversation and ended up finding he likes orange soda. We had to run to the ATM to get cash (this place is cash only) and we picked him up an ice cold orange soda as a little surprise. In our conversation, I found out that our birthdays are one day apart. He started calling me Little Red (because of my red hair) and shared stories with us about his childhood and his past adventures. All in all, today we left this shop feeling excited for the wonderful things we found and fulfilled from the time we got to spend with our new friend, Big Red. Seriously, I’ll be back like once a week now, not only to check out the new finds but to check in on one of the coolest guys I have ever met.”
