“My first time here - what a pleasant experience! After getting sick of the aggravation at CVS and Walgreens, I decided to try this small, independent pharmacy. I called ahead before picking up my prescriptions and the pharmacist actually answered the phone immediately (no automatic system, long time waiting to speak to an actual person). When I arrived at the store, there was no line, my prescriptions were ready, my insurance info had already been looked up (with good pricing), and the pharmacist was friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, the hours are much more limited than big-box pharmacies, but I will definitely be coming back here for the overall positive experience.”
“I shop here pretty often at this location pretty often since it's really close to where I live but the shopping experience lately has been a "mess". I don't know why but I feel like they are understaffed and sometimes the self-checkouts are not working. The organization of the products etc. could have been better, too.”
“This is where I have gotten most of my prescriptions filled for the last 11 years and most of my COVID and flu shots. They have had some rude and lazy employees over the years but since the pandemic everyone has been really helpful and kind. They have a good selection of items and all of the pharmacists over the years have been extremely helpful and kind. The worse part about it is the parking lot. It is in a very busy section of Carrboro and the lines can be long during predictable times. Don't go at lunchtime to get a prescription because they close down for 30 min or an hour. Just make sure you check the website for lunchtime if you don't know it.”

“Wonderful and very professional! I went in for a scheduled vaccination appointment and didn't have any wait time. The cashier Sara was very nice and checked me in and within a couple of minutes was receiving my vaccines from a pharmacist!”
