“First let me say on a Friday I did not expect to get in and out so quickly. When I walked in there it smelt so fresh, and It was very peaceful. I always check my oil before and after getting an oil change. They did a great job overall.
The Staff members that I met were very pleasant. I'll be going back to this one in particular”
“On Monday I drove into work on a flat tire. I was able to get my spare tire on but I needed to get tire fix. Lloyd’s Tire & Alignment is who I trust. “Our check engine light came on at 4:45 so I dialed Sturdivant's Tire Pros and they could squeeze us in, so we brought it over that night. They fixed it the next day and it was ready by 5pm! They are very thoughtful, efficient and have saved us money over the years too. We trust all of our cars with them! My friends already know that I recommend them but thought I would put it out here for more to see.”
“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”

“Arrived with my emissions and tire pressure lights on.
My emissions systems were thoroughly checked and nothing was found faulty. They sealed the gas cap and reset the system.
My tires were checked and topped up with air. They reset my sensor light saying it may have come on as a result of very low temperatures and lower tire pressure.
When is asked what I needed to pay, they said there was no charge.
I am very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this business. I will spread the word and will definitely be back with my other vehicles.
Also they have a very convenient shuttle service which was much appreciated.”
“Got customer service. Purchased two used tires they was very helpful and got me back on the road safely. They have used tires for $50, $60 , or $70 depending on quality of tires. And oil changes for $80 but $40 if you bring your own oil .”

“I went in looking for a ‘not so usual’ tire and CHT had it in the warehouse. They were able to get it in by the next morning and replace the bad one right away. They made a valiant effort to keep my family safe and on track to leave for a trip as planned. I was at work until after they closed. “Came here at the end of the day after trying another local tire shop that wouldn’t help me this late in the day, needing only a patch for my tire. The gentleman at this other tire shop told me “you won’t be getting it fixed here today, sweetheart.”Feeling defeated I googled tire shops near me, and found this gem. The staff was very accommodating and patched my tire up for me so I wouldn’t have to make the more than an hour journey home to Sanford on a donut. I would 100% recommend this place. Friendly and speedy service. I feel like they really looked out for me today and I wasn’t just another face, but a valued guest in their establishment. “I live close by and this is behind a gas station off 54. It’s small and you might not notice it at first. It’s attached to the gas station. This place is small and unassuming but car care and customer service is exceptional! I got my oil changed as a walk in and they did it immediately with no wait. I went back a few days later and got my tires rotated and balanced and again no wait ! Prices are very reasonable and fair. This place can do state inspections, most or all of car maintenance and tires ! Staff is knowledgeable and they give you honest feedback on what you need without trying to upsell. Please take the time to get your car care here … you will be very happy and you can trust the team to respect and care for you and your car.”
