“These folks were great- I had a new used car and was about to leave to drive cross country pulling a trailer when my car started shaking violently. I called and they said they could get to me right away & as soon as I pulled in they took the car for a spin & were able to identify the problem. I needed four new wheels & they had to get them from somewhere else- I do wish I’d understood that it would take so long for the tires to get there, but the folks at Sturdivant’s were apologetic and true to their word got the tires on using multiple employees to get the job done quickly once the tires arrived. They didn’t try to upsell anything or make me get unnecessary repairs which I always really appreciate, particularly as a woman. Thank you all for your help & thoughtfulness & helping me get on the road so quick!”

“I was passing through the area on a cross-country trip when my truck kicked an engine light and started acting a fool. I could not drive any further without immediate attention so I limped the truck into the shop. Walker was working behind the desk and quickly ran the codes and diagnosed the problem. The part was there in less than 10 minutes. Lee worked his magic and the truck was running again. I pulled in with about 1 hour left before closing. Other shops might have pushed this work off until the next day, but not these folks. They had it done and I was back on the road posthaste!

“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”
“Walked in on a Friday morning and was immediately greeted by Zander and Cam. I didn’t have an appointment but they assured me they could get my inspection done if I was able to leave my car (which worked great for me anyway). Once that was compete, Zander advised of a hazardous situation with my brakes, clearly explained what needed to be done, and confirmed the work could be completed by my requested pick up time. I’ll be a returning customer!”
“I'm from out of town and my truck broke down on the side of the highway in the construction zone in rush hour traffic. I was barely off the road and in a real bind to not get hit and with being hours from anyone that could help. I was lucky enough that it was directly below this shop. I walked up at 4:56 and the owner was under the hood of a vehicle trying to get finished and leave at 5 to pick up his kids. I told him the bind I was in and took a minute to get my some supplies and a part I needed, and told me what to do to hopefully get back going. It all worked and I got out of there and made it back. I was so thankful for his help and the extra time and money he saved me. I would trust this shop with anything needed.”

“Came here at the end of the day after trying another local tire shop that wouldn’t help me this late in the day, needing only a patch for my tire. The gentleman at this other tire shop told me “you won’t be getting it fixed here today, sweetheart.”Feeling defeated I googled tire shops near me, and found this gem. The staff was very accommodating and patched my tire up for me so I wouldn’t have to make the more than an hour journey home to Sanford on a donut. I would 100% recommend this place. Friendly and speedy service. I feel like they really looked out for me today and I wasn’t just another face, but a valued guest in their establishment. A special thanks to Stanley and Chris for being my personal heroes today!”
“I can't speak to the tires, but Robert was great helping me with my battery and saved me 150-300 dollars.
Came from the Toyota dealership two days before, where they told me I needed a new battery, which they'd kindly install for $280. After being upsold at a different dealership before, I went to Sam's Club to get a new battery (for $130, I'll add), but I saw the free battery testing, which Robert was able to do in 5 minutes. Battery was well within healthy range, so he recommended I come back in 6 months to check again for free.
Process was easy - I called and made an appointment for 10AM on a Sunday. Despite being understaffed and other people there, I was seen at 10:05.
Robert gave good, honest service and saved me 300 bucks I might've spent unnecessarily at the dealership. Hard not to give 5 stars for that!”
“Went for annual NC State inspection. It was done in 30 minutes. It was early Sat am, so waiting area was clean and did not smell of fumes as it has in the past. The 2 gentlemen who helped me check in/check out were pleasant and efficient.”

“I live close by and this is behind a gas station off 54. It’s small and you might not notice it at first. It’s attached to the gas station. This place is small and unassuming but car care and customer service is exceptional! I got my oil changed as a walk in and they did it immediately with no wait. I went back a few days later and got my tires rotated and balanced and again no wait ! Prices are very reasonable and fair. This place can do state inspections, most or all of car maintenance and tires ! Staff is knowledgeable and they give you honest feedback on what you need without trying to upsell. Please take the time to get your car care here … you will be very happy and you can trust the team to respect and care for you and your car.”
