“No wait, quick and plenty of options for a used tire. Will not go anywhere else for any tire needs. The facility looks older but don’t let that fool you. You will not find a better place in all of Durham or Raleigh for that matter. If you are in a pinch a need a quality used tire go here. I got a used tire that was 4 times better than the one I popped and was out of there in 15-20 minutes. And they are open longer than most. Thanks guys!”

“I’ve been through a number of car issues in the last few years and a number of mechanics. Nobody has come close to the wonderful experience I had today with N Tune.I called them in the morning to say I’d be having my car towed because it was leaking gas. When I called in the afternoon to say the tow truck driver fixed it, they asked if I wanted to drive it in and they could make sure everything was okay. I asked if I could bring my dog, and they said yes. (Big points for this!!).When I got there, everyone was so kind. I’ve experienced a lot of condescension as a young woman in car shops & mechanics, but none of that was present. They took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more. I actually left fully confident in my knowledge & knowing a little more than when I had come in.Fully plan on bringing the other cars here. These guys were amazing.”

“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”

“I've been here a few times for routine maintenance and have always been very pleased. Customer service is awesome and I don't ever feel like I'm being "taken advantage of." I asked for them to look at my air filter today, as a matter of fact, because I thought it might need to be replaced. The tech came back in and said "nope, you're all set!" (Something I feel like wouldn't have happened at some previous places I've been to!) I appreciate their honesty and high-quality care! Plus, Duke (their black lab) is super cute!”

Love the fact that the will drive me home after dropping off my car. No need to Uber which in the mornings can be expensive. “When I first inquired at Chapel Hill Tire on Fordham Blvd regarding their ability to resolve for us a long-standing vehicle issue, Bobby responded by saying that he had a high degree of confidence in CHT's Certified Mechanics, and his faith in the abilities of his mechanics proved to be well founded as within the span of a single year, the mechanics at Chapel Hill Tire resolved for us two long standing issues with our vehicles that the respective dealerships had been unable to correct! First, CHT restored the A/C on our 2007 Honda Civic to perfect working order by tracing the source of the A/C problem that we had been living with for over two years to an intermittently malfunctioning relay-switch! Likewise, CHT resolved another long-standing problem regarding multiple intermittent false-warning lights displaying on our 2014 Subaru Forester's dash that the Subaru Dealer's shop had declared to be "just something you'll have to live with"! CHT immediately determined the source of the malfunction to be a faulty taillight and quickly resolved that problem as well! Needless to say, Chapel Hill Tire is now our first choice for auto maintenance and repair!”

“It was a process, and an unfortunate and unexpected outcome with the rims I wanted. Both Anna and the dude who assisted with doing the tire change were top notch. It wasn’t their fault but the rims weren’t as expected. Let’s just say gloss black with the red trim isn’t always what they appear inside on display. Once I saw them on and outside in the sun it was NOT the ones I wanted.Much respect for Rim Tyme doing the right thing and getting me out the door to keep me satisfied. As always they have a huge selection of rims at a reasonable price.”

“First time visiting this club. I found the prices very affordable and the selection is really close to Costco and Bjs but the prices I noticed slightly lower. The store is large and layed out well, I didn't feel overwhelmed as I do sometimes when I enter a large store. I really liked how they organized the sections of produce and cold items. Everything was easy to find. The coolest perk they have (my friend used) is that you can scan all of your items on the app then go to self pay with the list and check out. You avoid scanning at checkout and or being in a line. This was very smooth and efficient. I picked up a pre-made salad kit so I'm looking forward to trying this.”

“I had a very good experience last week when I went to take my car in for an oil change. The person who checked me in was polite, gave me a time frame for my car being done & it was done when they said it would be. They offered coffee and bottles of water to those waiting, and a very nice gentleman was on hand to give customers a ride home. They also texted me several times to keep me up to date including a report of each part of my car they checked and how that part was performing and pictures of my tires to let me know how they looked in terms of tread for my tire rotation.”
