“Incredible customer service. Very helpful in finding the right model for my next road bike addition. I have reached back to the team here multiple times to asks additional questions and purchase additional electronic gear/sensors for the purchase and they have been amazing. Jordan is the man! Thank you”
“Steve and the staff at The Bicycle Chain inspected my lady’s bike that hadn’t been ridden in years. They gave me good advice on the bike AND local greenway trails. They did this all for no charge and when I tried buying some gells and chamois butter he comped them too. This is a quality bike shop with real cycling lovers. Five stars!”

“Trek is the best. The staff, including Brett the manager, are completely focused on the customer. They desire to have the customer get exactly the bike and accessories they want with expertise and understanding. I have been to a few bike shops in my area, NONE compare to Trek in my area!”
