“The best urgent care I've been there for a visit ever, all the team was nice starting from the ladies in the front desk, the provider, the owner, the waiting time was reasonably fine and smooth even like it was a walking appointment, they called me after that for my results and make an appointment for a follow-up, they accept almost all the insurance types and explained everything related to any procedure and medical terms and medications, thanks and keep the hard work”

“I googled for the phone number and realized that I'd been coming here for 20 years and haven't written a review. Dr. Adams and his staff are great. The front office is efficient and friendly. The providers really take time to listen. I've never like I was being rushed through just so they could get to the next patient. I've come to trust their skills and expertise. They are also good with referrals. They sent me to the best PT in the world once when I had a back issue.
Update: Dr. Adams passed away on September 5th, 2023. He was a good man and a good doctor. I will miss him.”

They have the most wonderful friendly staff especially the ones who have been with the practice since it was Preston Medical under Dr. Vandergriff. I hope they will continue to improve efficiencies and wait times at the office.”

“I came here for a yearly check-up and to complete paperwork for overseas travel. Dr. Cristine Kardas is wonderful, super nice, very helpful, and guided me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend her! The only challenge is that scheduling can be a little tricky since it goes through an automated call system, and it may take a couple of days to get a call back. Other than that, everyone here is kind, professional, and very helpful!”

“Hoa Nguyen, PA-C is the BEST! I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new PCP. I highly recommend her! Hoa is very kind and takes time to listen to her patients concerns. The office staff is also nice and lab draws were minimally painless.Please note, there are some particular rules this office has in reference to what services can be provided each vist due to billing/insurance purposes. Thankfully, there is often appointment availability to be seen soon if you need it.I look forward to my long-term PCP relationship here at Tricity Family Medicine & Urgent Care!”
