“I placed a pickup order and given that it's a couple days before Thanksgiving The parking lot was slam packed so when I found a spot probably six stores away, when I called and the employee said he would run out and try to find me made me feel like this person is an awesome employee to take the time to do all the work versus me walking in to get it. So I asked if I should just drive up and he could run out and give it to me and I could go without parking and he was grateful I could do that just shows that he is a wonderful thoughtful employee. This is the second time I visited this chain, the other being the other location in Cary, and the employees have been just outstanding and this would keep me coming back.”

I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong.
We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed.
The vet later told us if we had waited any longer, she would not have made it through the weekend. Hearing that broke me, but knowing this team acted quickly and with so much care is something I will never forget. Seeing Nola afterward, still groggy from anesthesia but wagging and happy to see us, was a moment I will hold onto forever.
This experience was emotional, scary, and overwhelming, but Vetco made it bearable. Because of Dr. Raboin and his team, my girl is here, healed, running, and back to being herself. I am beyond grateful. If you are ever faced with an emergency and need a team that truly cares, this is the place you want your baby to be.

“best place to get dog chow, treats, and real nice staff. i even got some free samples of food to try out for my very picky westie! i would highly recommend to dog/cat/bird owners. they even have seasonal dog cookies and frozen food/treats! all for pets! i am an will continue to be an avid regular.”

“(update below). Cat Angels Adoption Center brought us pure cat companion joy ?! Elizabeth and her volunteers are all very dear ladies, the best at seeing all the many kitties are well cared for and found the perfect home. They know cats so well, us old cat owners of 40+ years even learned a few good tricks ?.
The process was a cinch, making sure you are able to have one or more feline companions and that you find the best match?.
[UPDATE] We visited the new adoption center 10/25, OMG is it glourious, so huge, full featured with everything and more the cats need?. But a shock was how friendly all the cats were, in 60 years never seen that at retail stores, these cats are being lovingly pampered (volunteer vet too ), which also makes it easier to see what cat you might connect with best ?. We stayed for an hour (more?) and got loving and laughs from all the cat roomies in huge glass condos constructed for them? . [end update]
Through Elizabeth we found ours being fostered (spoiled too) by Sandy ?, a wonderful cat mom who traveled to SC to get the preggy mom kitty that her son found as a stray (and 2 party boys), and helped birth our 2 little kittens (total 4 in the photo).
Ours are spoiled every waking moment, heated beds when sleeping. We have been given so much joy in our lives and we cannot thank Elizabeth and Sandy enough.
We do thank you lots, as do Izzy and Nemo?? .

“We've been doing business at this Petco for a couple years since we moved from Raleigh. We got a new Yorkie puppy 14 months ago after our other one died at age 14. Jessica did a really thorough job of training Peanut and making him that much more enjoyable to have, and KC and his grooming staff keep Peanut looking sharp. We are very pleased to visit this Petco to keep Peanut healthy and happy. Attached are a couple of photos, one of Peanut after his grooming today, and the other photo is of his Christmas presents. “Amazing experience at this Vetco after my kitty had scary 3 nights with a bad UTI:( We were seen by Dr. Elizabeth Walsh and she was a kind, sweet soul the moment she walked through the door. She was very direct about UTI problems in cats, and got a urinalysis done right away. She was so knowledgeable, and a part of that calmed my nerves during the visit. Jackie, the receptionist, did an amazing job as well:) Letting me know I had saved 81$ from a petco coupon! I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quick, friendly vet care.”
