“The is the second time we have had our 2 dogs cut at Pet Supplies Plus in Cary. I love the cuts and am really happy with the interaction we have with the groomer (Jessica) both before and after the service. They seem to really care that we are happy with the results. I recommend their grooming services.”

“Wow, this place is awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I will update this next time we go in with their names (I’m notoriously bad with names), but they were amazing. Also loved their selection of products, they even had some cat food from our favorite brand we’d never seen. Definitely our new go to!”

“I ordered online for same day delivery after hours and received it promptly the next morning. They added a personalized written message on the bag, added samples to the bag and it was clearly handled with love and care! I appreciated it so much as they have the BEST dog crates and they are so reasonably priced! I have a broken toe at the moment but going into this store and shopping is like hanging out at a friend's home! Thank you for everything!!”

Whitney didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or that I was bothering her. Thank you, Whitney! I don’t live in the area but anytime I’m nearby, I will be sure to shop here again.”

“One of the few vets in the area not trying to financially hurt people. I had to put my cat down today and they were all absolutely great to me and my cat . If any of my animals get sick or hurt we bring them to this office . Fortunately it’s only been a few times over the years but when you need someone quick and affordable this is the place !!! Thank you everyone for your compassion.”

“Loved this place! When we got our dogs, we brought them here every time we left for Vacation. Always a sight to see when coming back to happy pups. Maybe a tad too happy but we are always happy to use them as our go to. Folks there are sweet, welcoming and always helpful.”

“Dr.Jordan provided wonderful care for my dog. Not only was I given the full run down on treatment options and educated instructions. But she went above and beyond to help with my dog’s anxiety as well. (Something I’ve been wanting to treat for a while). Wonderful and friendly team. I know my dog will be excited for his next checkup :)”

“The workers are very kind and helpful and the store is always very very clean! The dog washing salons are a great price ($10-unlimited time) and always stocked with anything you could possibly need and I have returned multiple times to use them. Their animals look happy and well taken care of. I would love to see a larger rodent supplies section but other than that, no complaints!”

“Today was my first time bringing my cats in for a bath, and Karleana made the experience seamless. She was professional, friendly, and efficient, and did an excellent job bathing both of my cats. They came home clean, happy, and calm. I was nervous going in, but she truly put me at ease. I will definitely be back. Thank you again!”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Petco Groomer Coco! KLASSY can be a little particular about who she feels comfortable with, so I always pay attention to her body language. Coco immediately made her feel safe, calm, and cared for. That alone meant so much to me. KLASSY came home smelling absolutely amazing, her coat was incredibly soft, and her haircut was beautifully done. You can tell Coco takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys caring for the pets she grooms. I was initially a little hesitant because it was a busy salon, but the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional, and Coco’s gentle demeanor really stood out. We’ll definitely be requesting Coco again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little girl! — Proud mom of KLASSY 🩷🐾”
