“This store is more than a pet store, every time I walk in, the manager Elli is always greeting all customers by the main door. On Sundays I see kids enjoying the store as well. I love Pet Supplies Plus in Cary. I have 7 cats and they have a wide selection of high-quality pet food, toys and treats. The prices are reasonable, and they often have discounts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Tabby, Ben, Zack and Savanah are great, but Mr. Tom is fantastic, and they always greet me and my cats by name. My cats get the nicest baths from Ms. D because she is so professional and genuinely concerned about them. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best pet supplies and services in the area.”

“We have been working with Jackie since she was running the number one dog training program in the nation for Pet Smart and rejoiced when she set up her own dog training shop. We had 2 Golden Retrievers, Lexi & Ella, that became therapy dogs through Jackie's training. We now have 2 new Golden Retrievers that are litter mates and 9 months old, Chloe & Olive. We mistakenly had them e-collared trained. That did not work for us and thank God, Jackie & Rebecca were willing to work with them and they are now doing so well. Could not recommend a better dog training facility.Mike Jones”

“A really nice place with a wide variety of supplies for all animals. A girl at the register (straight blonde hair and glasses, sorry to forget your name!) went out of her way to check packaging and ensure which homemade treats were safe from an allergen. Clara, who checked me out, was so sweet and kind. The animals there seem well taken care of, with clean cages and fresh bedding.”

“We had a great experience with Cat Angels. We already have a 2 year old female cat, and were looking for a male kitten (because we had read that that would probably be best). Elizabeth (our adoption specialist) took the time to listen to us regarding our resident cat's personality and what we were looking for. She had an idea of which cat might be a good fit, and introduced us. I was hesitant because the cat she showed us was not exactly what we had envisioned-- the cat was young, but not a kitten-- and it was a girl. But, as it turns out-- Elizabeth was spot on! Our new cat and our first cat get along great. We are very pleased we trusted Elizabeth!”

“A breath of fresh air after coming from petco. You get the sense they genuinely care about animals well being. All products are priced fairly and they have a wide array of items that you can’t find in store. The employee who helped us was so excited to learn we had just adopted 2 rambunctious Cats that day and was ecstatic to keep us informed and well stocked. We purchased two carriers that our cats feel more safe in than the rest of our apartment. Would recommend.”

“My experience with Petco was top-notch as I was helped by Ryan. Ryan stopped what he was doing and spent over an hour of his time with my family and I and shared his expertise on reptiles. Ryan went above and beyond and I ended up leaving with a beautiful albino python named “Butter.” I am very satisfied and thankful that we went to the Crossroads Blvd location which is over an hour away from my home. Shout out to Ryan for being such an awesome and knowledgeable dude.”
