“First off… this has got to be one of the LARGEST DSWs I’ve ever seen. More importantly, the store was incredibly clean and organized. I had ordered a couple pair online last night. Yessenia (sorry if I misspelled that) was so helpful! I had both shoes in my hands within a minute or two. Tried both on, kept one, returned one… all in less than 5 minutes. She made it so easy! “Nya at the counter and her Manager Dee are top notch in customer service. A metal flower petal had fallen off a pair of flip flops that I purchased a couple days ago. I went in there fully expecting a 30 minute discussion. But Nya made it Lickity split fast and painless! She even ran to the back (fast) to grab my replacement flip flops. Top! Tier! Service!”
“My son and I got new sneakers Sunday, September 3rd. We were greeted immediately. Selection was very good. The young man who was our cashier IS AWESOME!!!! He explained/asked if we wanted to give to the shoe charity that Rack Room partners with. When we said "yes" he seemed to really appreciate it. As someone who grew up in a low income household it is great to buy from a company that gives back. It is also great to see employees who actually care.”
