“My father was at food lion on February 12th and had a fall resulting in a broken hip. The employees there were very kind and tried to help him up without knowing it was broken. We wanted to thank each and everyone of them for being so kind and helpful. I appreciate everyone’s concern and will continue to shop at this store with such wonderful people.”

“Easy access to parking lot. Plenty of parking. Store clean & well stocked. Fresh foos items at this location have ALWAYS been with date of expiration. They do an excellent job with fresh items. I have not been as studious with pre packaged items at this location. Only issue is self check out is becoming wayyyyy too common at all Food Lion locations especially in the evenings when it seems the busiest because people are stopping to pick up items to prepare dinner on their way home from work and it seems counter intuitive to encourage self check out during a stores busiest time of the day.”

“I frequent the dollar general often. I pay my phone bill there, do some minor shopping and in a pinch buy motor oil or car care products. Prices are comparable to Walmart but it always seems like the shelves are never stocked. They need better help and it would be a great store”

“I needed assistance for a dead battery that turned into quite a mess (Walmart should have better systems in place for these guys honestly). Even though it took 3 people to fix it (and no, I didn’t have to push them, they were epic at their jobs), they were calm, kind, and showed impeccable team work! This is for the automotive side. I didn’t not experience anything at the rest of this store other than good plant pricing. But to the lady, younger male manager, and younger auto guy, thanks for making an ugh situation not so dang bad AND FOR TAKING INITIATIVE!!! I will be back if I need to go to Walmart auto! 5 stars all day long!!”

“Very good i would come to this dollar general more often but sadly I live in Alabama. It was clean and had a wide variety of foods. I found a peanut butter and jelly jar that was swirly and tasted delicious. I would recommend it if you are in a pinch and need food for a low price and high qualify.”

“This dollar general SAVED me. I had been traveling back from a ministry event and my car broke down in their parking lot. I live over an hour away from here and my phone was gunna die before I could even call for help. I came walking into the building with tears running down my face, my phone dead. One of the wonderful ladies who worked here came right to me, let me use her charger, and I had no money so she bought me a drink. She let me walk around the store to calm down and call my dad while it poured down rain outside. I would have been lost without her in a place I’ve never been before. Thank you Dollar General for hiring such beautiful people I hope she is having a blessed day.”
