“My father was at food lion on February 12th and had a fall resulting in a broken hip. The employees there were very kind and tried to help him up without knowing it was broken. “This is my absolute favorite grocery store, very clean and staff is usually helpful, the best part being check out is quick. I have two things to complain about though, recently I went to get cold cuts, and to employees stood there and kept working for about 5 minutes. Acting like they didn't see me, finally, an employee comes off the floor and says oh. They're just going to act like they didn't see you I guess, and bless her heart-- SHE helped me. My only other gripe is the prices at this store have went out of control, I do understand it's inflation and it's everywhere but seems a little extra at FL.”

Local produce, eggs, honey, and meat, plus a hodgepodge of crafts, flowers, and whatnot. It's best to go in the first 2-3 hours, both to avoid some heat and to ensure items don't run out.”

“I've been going to this Dollar General ever since it opened. It is on the newer side and it is nice and clean and it's kept organized. I do get frustrated that sometimes there are no price tags on things and no price in the vicinity either. But it's not a big deal to me. It has a good selection and kind of a little bit of everything. And any employee that you find in there will be friendly. I would like you to know that I have loved beef jerky from the time I was 3 years old (and I will be 50 this year). I've experienced it from Charleston, South Carolina (where I was born) to San Diego, California, having driven across this country the entire way through the Midwest, the jerky homeland, and sampling what must be thousands of beef jerky types, styles and flavors by now. Even making some of my own. But YOURS??? I'VE NEVER had such thin, crispy, DELICIOUS, UNIQUE BEEF JERKY!!! Your flavor profiles are right, your texture is perfection, the crispness (while admittedly VERY UNEXPECTED at first) is TO DIE FOR!!! I am hooked and have almost bought out the entire supply at the convenience store I now frequent since it's close to my new job. THANK YOU!!! I LOVE to be surprised and delighted with some new culinary venture. THIS has left me and my husband SPEECHLESS!! I CAN'T WAIT for my son to try it!! I gave him my love for all things jerky, and he eats it as a snack every day! I'm excited to send him a sampling, where he lives in Northern VA, of your flavors. “This cash-only food spot is amazing. Savory empanadas, papas rellenos, and chorizo are always available, along with a wide selection of drinks from all over North and South America in the cooler. A great value! Make sure to get the homemade hit sauce; it complements everything extremely well, and its spiciness doesn't overwhelm.”
