“I love that they are a family-run business (Max Sr., Max Jr., and his awesome wife Julie. This is where I got my car and where I have work done on it, they are absolutely so kind and trustworthy, you know that you are in good hands. They really know their stuff. They have a comfortable waiting area, offer coffee and cold water (and on my last visit Gatorade). Very understanding and will explain things to you which is good if you're like me and don't know much about cars. They do inspections too!”

I asked the estimator, Ben O., probably 20+ questions. He remained patient, kind, and reassuring. I made sure to remove any valuables from inside and hoped for the best. “Elite did a terrific job reattaching bumper to my Lexus GS 350. The bumper required new clips as the old ones snapped when I hit a barrier (the car has a low front end). Kevin's tech checked it out. Made a recommendation that had me out of the shop in no time with a securely reattached bumper. Car looks great. The Elite team was courteous and professional. I hope I don't need body work anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going to Elite.”
