“Posting this as somebody who has a lot of experience with body shops after a 20-year career in the Auto industry specifically with toyota. This shop is very methodical and detail orientated. Specifically you should be asking for Haden Hanes if you bring your Toyota product to this body shop. His high level of communication and knowledge and commitment to customer service is something you just don't find in this industry anymore. Highly highly recommend this particular shop for any of your body and paint needs.For those of you that are posting negative reviews against the shop because of the long wait if you fall into the Toyota warranty enhancement for peeling paint you need to understand that there is a long list of people meeting this service. This body shop is keeping a running list in order of people and they are making every effort to get these done not just quickly but also correctly. They are not rushing these cars to the shop, they are truly fixing these the factory standard and standing behind the work. It's not fair to post a negative review when they have a limited capacity and they are taking the time to make sure these cars are fixed right. Anybody reading these reviews and taking negative reviews into account needs to be aware of the reality that there are only a couple shops in town that are authorized by Toyota and that will actually fix this car right. Do not post a negative review against the shop because of their Factory compliance standards and commitment to fixing cars correctly.Service: Body & Trim”

“The repairs to my car look good and that is the important part. However, I would have appreciated better communication while they had my vehicle. The week after it was taken in, I got a call and was told they'd call back later that week with a estimated repair schedule. That didn't happen. Having not heard from them, I called after a couple of weeks and was told that the car would probably be ready tomorrow (Wednesday) and they'd call me back and let me know. I didn't get a call Wednesday, so I called Thursday and left a message. I still didn't get a call back, so I called again Friday and was told the person handling my repair was off for the day. I left a message for the manager and finally my call was returned and I was informed my car was ready for pickup.”

“From the very beginning, super easy process. From setting up the claim- making an on-site appointment- and getting the repair done. Our technician Jason was excellent with communication and we knew exactley when he would arrive. He sent updates via text message and phone call and arrived within the allotted time window. Of course, it had to start raining and we had to move things around the garage to allow for the car to be "partially" parked inside. Jason was willing to squeeze himself into the tight garage and got the replacement done accurately and with great care.Very good experience overall.”
“Elite Auto Body is the absolute best! My car was hit in a parking lot and it dented my bumper pretty good. I hadn’t even had the car one year yet, but they made it look brand new again! And in a very timely manner. As a female who came in alone, I knew I was easy scam bate, but I can honestly say they were extremely honest, professional and very nice. They walked me and my mother through everything, insurance and all. He took his time making sure we understood the process and how much each part was going to cost. Anytime I called, they made sure I was completely informed and all of my questions or concerns were answered. Very friendly people! I love my “new” clean car! It’s beautiful!”
