“I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Iredell. From start to finish, the staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They made the entire repair process feel easy and stress-free.
I especially appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process through text messages. I always knew what was happening with my vehicle, what stage of the repair it was in, and when I could expect it to be ready. The communication was excellent, and I never felt like I had to constantly call for updates.
The repairs were completed efficiently, and my car looked great when I picked it up. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and genuinely seemed to care about providing good service.

“Elite did a terrific job reattaching bumper to my Lexus GS 350. The bumper required new clips as the old ones snapped when I hit a barrier (the car has a low front end). Kevin's tech checked it out. Made a recommendation that had me out of the shop in no time with a securely reattached bumper. Car looks great. The Elite team was courteous and professional. I hope I don't need body work anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going to Elite.”
