“I had to get my SIM card replaced at like 7:45 pm, when the store was about to close. Kysheem and Christine pointed out that it if I wanted to get a new phone, now would be the time because it would be 10 dollars. Not only did they stay late with me helping set up my new phone, but they also told me information to save my entire family money. I have never had that experience at a Verizon store before. They were so helpful, kind, and fun that I have to give them a glowing review. This is the best Verizon store in the country as far as I can tell”
