“The staff always take extremely good care of whatever I bring in to be framed. I recently brought in a large photo my spouse and I purchased in a gallery in a small town in VA. The print was dry mounted on a weak frame with no proper glass. I knew immediately where to bring this photo to be properly framed. The Frame Shop did a marvelous job of taking care of it. The staff explained because of the size and weight of the glass, it would need extra supports. When I picked it up today, the photo was enhanced by the work done. This is my go ot place for anything I need framed since they do such a beautiful job.”

The customer service was fantastic and they provided helpful feedback in a timely manner. I placed a large order and the pricing was better than other companies. “I had the pleasure of having Ximena take care of my package today. This store is out of the way for me but I am now a loyal customer. Between Ximena’s cheerful service and the honesty of this business, I plan to bring my shipping needs here.
There are 2 other locations closer to me. One location told me UPS no longer allows using recycled boxes for packages & I had to buy a new box. She told me UPS said corporate said old tape caught on the machines and jammed things up.
I went to another UPS store last week, using a recycled box. I was told I really should buy a new box because UPS was not going to guarantee the delivery of my package otherwise. I declined the new box and was told I was taking my chances.
Today, I used a recycled box and not once did Ximena try to sell me a new box or quote a policy that’s untrue. I looked up on the UPS website and they do allow recycled boxes for shipping and was prepared to quote the website. I did not have to because Ximena accepted my package and was very gracious and welcoming.
Knowing this store operates with integrity, they now have a loyal customer in me. Thank you!”

“Ordered my Christmas Cards here using the Marketing Postcard option. Great price for the amount of cards that I wanted to purchase. It was done super fast and the quality was pretty good for the speed and price that I paid for. Courteous employees. I looked at the sample postcards they had in store before submitting an order.”
“Very convenient location. Very nice people and helpful. It is a little confusing as the FedEx service is offered inside the Walgreens. They did not know what an RMA was, which surprised me, but they were young. I told them and they were not sure if they sent them. I showed them the label and they said oh yes. It looked like they then used desk scotch tape to put the label on. Ouch! They must have no idea what happens to the boxes! In the future now that I know they do RMAs I will tape the label in advanced. I will be back for their services.”

Staples should appreciate that Tim is friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. If you are in need of this...head to the Staples on East Franklin St. in Chapel Hill. I also liked the updated equipment they use.”
