I usually use FedEx for the sort of print job that I did with Staples. The online interface was buggy such that I had to repeat my order several times before it finally went through. This store offers quality customer service and honors Staples' corporate policy of accepting office supplies returns at ANY time after purchase, even without a receipt.
The store needs to seriously do an inventory check. I have been to the store twice in two days. The first time I checked online to make sure it was in stock at this location but when I arrive the employees were just as confused why they couldn't find it in their store. It’s possible this store is going through a transformation. Cashiers smile and are nice, but the stocking is pretty awful. They were out of poly mailers, so I came back the next week. Still out.
