“I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Durham. I purchased a CPO Mercedes-Benz EQS from out of state without seeing the car in person. The team did an excellent job creating a detailed video and walking me through the vehicle remotely, which gave me confidence in the purchase.
They were very collaborative throughout the process, including arranging early shipping and putting a temporary license plate on the car. Even after the sale, when I had questions and needed some assistance, they continued to be responsive and helpful.

“Yesterday we purchased a BMW 540i from Atlantic Exchange and Chip & Grey made the process absolutely seamless. I arrived before my scheduled appointment and watched Grey make sure that the car was in perfect condition. Grey allowed us to take the car on a pretty good test drive (unlike other car dealers) and we even took it on the highway. Grey was very patient and friendly and never made us feel rushed or pressured, and most of all, he answered all of our questions.

I'd randomly run into one of the guys that run the shop a couple months earlier at a nearby vintage furniture shop and the owner recommended them.
Then ran into them by chance when the perfect Outback in my price-range and mileage range popped up on their website.
Jeff was great at communicating, and up front about the car and price. The car itself is in great shape and haven't had any surprises after taken it to the shop to get it checked. He also got me a great rate for the part of the car I had to finance.
Overall it's been a smooth and pleasant process and no surprises, would easily recommend to anyone looking for a used car in the area.”
