“I purchased a nice Honda accord coupe the other day no complaints at all first time buying a car from a dealer and they answered all my questions gave me the right advice not trying to scam me or anything done everything as quickly as possible didn’t try to sell me anything extra even worked with me a bit for a good deal i highly recommend them they have pretty good high quality vehicles and high end vehicles also. Friendly staff and comfortable environment.”

“This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and this was car number 10 in almost 25 years. I have always been to large dealerships (Crossroads, Anderson, Heister, Carmax) and thought I was being treated good. Holland and Gary showed me that the large dealerships are only putting on a show and you really are a number there. Auto First treated me like an old friend. They didn't start the conversation with "what do you want your payment to be?" or "How much down payment do you have?". We talked cars and past experiences, and the atmosphere was the most relaxed I've ever been in. You don't get passed from salesman to manager to some other worker. You get straight honest facts about the car you want. They evaluated my trade and made an honest offer. I live an hour away and they went above and beyond getting the car inspected that afternoon, it was new on their lot, so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to pick it up. Definitely returning in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new to them vehicle.”

“I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well.I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. Rare to find honorable people in the car business. If you need a used car, give Ramzi a call.”

“I just moved to the area. My first time here. Everything went perfectly, just as planned. No surprises! Just great friendly service from Daniel, who patiently explained everything..he told me straight up what really needed to be done right away (exactly what I had expected) and then told me what I could wait to do later (I just did it on the spot since I quickly researched the price I was quoted and found it to be very fair.) Plus..:they literally went the extra mile to drop me off and pick me up in Downtown Durham while the work was being done. .
