Trying to get through to the AAA Carolinas office is a nightmare. You get locked into IVR jail before you can get somebody. Not customer friendly at all.

Waiting over 3 hours to have a battery jumped on a Saturday afternoon. Called at 1:15 p.m. told to expect someone at 2:45 p.m. no show no text no nothing. Call AAA customer service all they could say was sorry. This is not acceptable for a AAA plus customer.
