Far worse than TDA. TDA was excellent overall. Schwab is terrible. Lots of bureaucracy. Have to go many levels deep to get help. Requires far too much of my time to get anything done. They make everything difficult. A terrible company from a customer perspective.

When the guy told me to make check deposits through the app and NOT come into the branch......I was done.
