“I love Dillard's because the store is very well kept and I love the quality of their merchandise and the sales people have always been helpful and polite to me and some still know me even though I don't go as much since the Pandemic. Their Polo Ralph Lauren Section for men is awesome. I shop for my sons there and I pick up shirts for myself in men's small because I love the cute bear on their Polo shirts which i just purchased two days ago along with my Coco Mademoiselle Chanel perfume. Also visited lingerie which has great undergarments to choose from and pajamas. Shoes are a number one place for me to go if I need shoes. They have a super selection of all popular brands. My favorite store.”

“My experience at this store was pleasant. I arrived on a Sunday right at opening time, and it felt like I was almost the only one there, with just a couple of other shoppers. This allowed me to take my time browsing everything I was interested in and try on clothes without waiting in line.

“Belks now has an outlet on the upper level. It had some good prices. But I've always felt that Belks had good prices. I purchased a top and shoes, and my husband purchased a shirt. With the coupons that are always available on the app, we made out pretty good.”

“I love to go to world market. The world market near me closed so I have to find new one and came to know this one. It was way bigger than the one I used to go. I felt like this world market offers more stuff than the one I used to go. It have food action where you can find food from around the world. House decor is also around the world. “I had to run an errand a mile or so away from this location and happened upon this Marshalls by chance. I found that they have a pretty good selection of just about anything. I came home with a lovely dress that I found was more than double the price online. Most of the employees at this location are friendly. I did encounter a young woman whom did not want to help me when I filled up my arms with some pretty cute items and because I suffer from neurological damage and it is difficult sometimes too carry things, so I requested that she get me a shopping cart and she wasn’t very happy with that. She gave me a look like I just bothered her. It left me with awful feeling. As a top Google contributor & Guide I pay attention to everything.
I actually did glance at her name tag and addressed her by it, but I will not provide her name. I understand she is young and I think she just needs some guidance. I was taught to be polite before anything else so I am always taken aback by such behavior.
I do hope management reads this and reminds all employees that every once in a while, we may make a request, it’s not because I wanted her to walk to the front of the store but because I simply needed help in that moment.

“SJ in the furniture department beat the website and South Park location by leaps and bounds. How? He said it plain and made it clear if you order in store you'll get 20% off.

Cancelled our online order.
Gave us time to talk and think.
Took the order while explaining his intention beforehand. He didn't want to just outright cancel the impending online order until he processed our new order.
Then, verified the delivery date. Delivery information and confirmed everything was accurate. Approved the order and bam we paid. Then, he cancelled the overpriced order. No issues.
Fun Fact: if we don't use the warranty ...we get that money back. Again, South Park didn't mention of any this and I'm glad we have printed verbiage and the electronic receipt.
Above all, I'd rather go at opening any day if service is like this.
P.S. staff came over to offer to give us the price scans for skillets when I was steps away from the actual wall scanner. Chilldd, if I tell you I only went along side she was being proactive. Best believe she kept a set for herself. Even told us she'd use her Macy's money to get it down to $10. Help us all when the employees out shop the customers.”

“Since we have come to charlotte we have gone to Walmart on Albemarle rd.
One good reason is their pharmacy and they are priced far better than big pharm. I noticed that one day long ago when I went to one on WT Harris and come out with drugs about 20-330% above what Walmart had charged a few months later. I don’t know exactly when, but I have been going to my Walmart ever since. For a time frame we came here in 1996 when we moved to the house we’re in now! So, yeh! A long time.
I gave 4 stars because sometimes, especially in the beginning it tended to be messy and dirty. However, over the years it began to clean up and become more organized. The people we see are nicer though admittedly they are rather sparse and can be difficult to reach. Now with so many thieves in America (I’m sure you’ve heard the news about people that just believe in doing things for their own benefit and who cares about the ultimate cost to everyone involved) but I digress: When the products are locked up and require someone to open them, that tends to slow the shopping down a great deal. But again short of not having enough staff, it is not as bad as it could be considering the facts that ultimately caused it.
If Walmart would pay a better pay, I would likely consider a position. However, I guess I will find out this summer when I need a job from driving school busses. There is one thing I wish they could build to… a super Walmart. But I know they do not have room for it. And the others are a little too far away for a prescription pick up and generally too crowded. Make your choices. But Albemarle has improved so I am not straying away from around the corner yet! I would have to move accordingly!

“This was my first visit to any Ross store and I’m very happy with the experience. Staff was friendly and the store’s inventory was impressive. Ross is clearly one of those stores where you’re going there for one and find other things that you needed as well at an extremely reasonable price. Can’t beat the savings on name-brand merchandise. You have to be willing to ‘shop’; deals aren’t going to fly into your shopping cart. The staff on the floor were working hard to keep the displays/shelves/racks organized. The young lady who rang up my order was personable and wished us a great day. Glad that I didn’t take heed to the negative reviews posted on here because aside from the occasional ‘crying/screaming’ children my shopping experience was great. I’ll definitely be back. ??”

“If there's one thing I love about this store in particular, it's the variety of items you can find. It's like looking for hidden treasures. Clothing brands vary from Calvin Klein to brands that no one knows but that are usually of very good quality. When you are looking for gifts that are unique and this is a good place to find them. They have lots of home decor, kitchen items, small furniture, candy and small snacks.”
“The other day, I went there to buy a gift card for a birthday. When I got home, I saw the gift card was gone. (Checked my bag, car, everything.) I was thinking mayyyybe I could get it cancelled and get a new one but I wasn’t sure. I called the store to tell them my situation, not really thinking anything could be done. However, the man I talked to was so kind and helpful! He went around the front of the store looking for it and asked around. He definitely didn’t have to take the time out of his day to do that! Unfortunately, no one found it, but he provided me a corporate number that could help and it actually got solved very quickly and easily! I got it cancelled and have a replacement card in the mail. Unfortunately, It’s going to take about 7 days to get here so I had to go to the store to get a second one for my friend, but once I get it, I’ll be heading right back to that location for my own Target spree! ?”
