“We were in the market for a new stove. Over a few days I visited the normal “big box” stores to find that most did not have what I was looking for on display. I found Queen City Appliances and noticed they had very good customer feedback. I was throughly impressed upon arriving. They have every model and brand of appliance imaginable, on the floor to look at. We were quickly able to find what we were looking for. Bullet was super friendly and helpful. They price matched other stores, offered free delivery, haul away fees are lower, and hookup cords were cheaper. Stove was delivered next day, early. Great communication by the delivery drivers. They are not outsourced. Truck says Queen City Appliance. We even received a phone call after the installation to make sure we were completely satisfied. They do it right!! We will be buying all major appliances with them going forward. Truly impressed!”
“I had an excellent experience starting with Ashley who answered the phone, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered my washing machine over the phone and it was delivered the very next day, they took the old washer with them and the removal price was $10 less than the other places I checked, also the new hoses for the machine were $20 less than the other places. Saving $30 there and $20 for the machine pretty much paid for the tax charge. The two gentleman (and I do mean that) that delivered the machine also friendly, efficient and showed me how to use the new machine and ran a small wash to make sure everything was good. I would purchase from Queen City again.”

“The store seems to have a variety of things. Tvs, audio equipment, tools, musical instruments etc. The store was clean and the isles were debris free which made everything more accessible. But the store employee, employee number 5122143, please see the attached receipt, that I have had the misfortune of dealing with on two occasions leaves me with mixed feelings about my most recent shopping experience. She's not very engaging and seems to be easily off-putting aka don't ask me any questions just do your shopping and get out. On Saturday July the 26th I took my purchase to the register. Once I completed my transaction she asked if I would like a bag, and I replied yes. After all this would make transporting my purchase a lot easier. She bagged my DVDs and asked if I would like my receipt and I replied yes. She looked at me with a befuddled look of why would you need a receipt. I replied well just in case the DVDs that I purchased were to have any type of playback issue. She said well in the event of such an issue, i would not be able to get a refund so, I asked. Wouldn't I be entitled to an exchange and she said well I don't know. Well reading the receipt I found that some purchases offer what's called a POM aka a peace of mind warranty. While others will offer a limited time exchange offer. I guess my complaint is two fold. Her customer service skills need to be refreshed and her store policy acumen needs to be addressed. So the store gets a five star rating for cleanliness and product ability and good pricing but. Employee number 5122143 gets a negative star rating for being under informed and passive aggressive.”
“Went searching for new iPhones for my husband and myself and Jamie was INCREDIBLE. We were upgrading our AT&T phones and she was so patient with us and our wild toddler along for the ride. I truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect person. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made it such a smooth and stress free process! 10/10, if she’s up for a raise, double it!”
“Staff is always hopeful and knowledgeable. They know who to talk to when they do not have an answer.Excelent selection of new and old (anything) related to vinyl records, books, games, and fantasy. Lots of comics, manja, and so one. They even have musical instruments”

The place constantly gets new stock in it seems, and sometimes you can find some truly rare items here (though the really rare stuff is often much more expensive)”

Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

“I recently switched back to Verizon from T-Mobile, and Assata (store manager) was incredibly helpful. There were problems with my account from the transfer, and she was able to figure out every one of the issues. The amount of knowledge she has about everything from Verizon's system to the phones themselves is incredibly impressive. “This store definitely deserves a 5 star review. We came to switch and Sophia was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable. It was the best decision to switch especially coming to this Location. If it wasn't for Sophia being the star that she is I don't think our transition would have been so smooth! She definitely was the reason why I am happy with our decision to switch to cricket!”
