Recently had to get a tire replaced due to getting a flat (via nail) on the day before I had to move! They took great care of me by having me in & out in an hour on the morning of the move & being able to provide a tire that matched my current set. Very appreciative of their service!

This is my second time at this Firestone and my official Firestone of choice in Charlotte! J helped me today. And he was AMAZING. He informed me about a special I wasn’t aware of which was perfect because I was getting a lot done to my car. He was also very personable.

I brought my car there to get a tire replaced, and it took them 2 hours. I had to go to ask them how much longer. It had already been completed but none of the associates checked or said anything to me.
